Very effective for spoonies

As someone with Fibromyalgia, I had pretty much given up on trying to blow dry my hair. The combined weight of a hairdryer in one hand and the styling brush in the other was too much for me to manage and I usually had to give up after completing a quarter of my hair.
I was initially unsure whether to order the One Step Hair Dryer and Volumiser based on a couple of the negative reviews. However, I could not be happier that I took the plunge and ordered it.
I find it easy to hold, and the fact that you can support the other end to distribute the weight makes it very manageable. It can be a bit too hot on the highest setting when close to the neck, but the lower heat setting is fine.
I would be pleased to recommend this to people with chronic health conditions, although I do recognise, of course, that we all have different experiences.

Firstly I want to state that this is a genuine review-I’m getting annoyed with bogus reviews on Amazon, but that is a story for another day. I bought this for myself after my 20 year old hairdryer finally gave up. I cannot quite believe how good this is. I have very thick, curly when wet, frizzy when dry hair. I have always relied on straighteners to get rid of the frizz. But last year I visited my sister in NYC and went to a blow dry bar. What a revelation! My hair looked so amazing, straight but with so much body, and it lasted for days. Trying to replicate this back at home was a tangled disaster. I could just about manage the front of my hair but the back and sides were hopeless. Holding the dryer, the round brush and keeping the tension is virtually impossible to do for someone as ham fisted as me. So it was back to the straighteners which are okay but once you have a really good blow-out straighteners are a bit of a disappointment. So I wasn’t expecting much from this product - but I am amazed. I sectioned my hair as instructed and away I went. It took about 10-15 minuets and my hair looks amazing (and even my husband agrees)! I could keep the tension and my hair didn’t get tangled up once. I look like I just stepped out of Dry Bar. This is the best beauty purchase I have made in ages! The only thing missing was the glass of champagne and the chick flick.

Easy, quick and super shiny

Super easy to use! Left my hair gorgeously straight with no frizz and so shiny. I didn’t get much volume from it but I wasn’t looking for that.
Only down side for me is that you need both hands to change the speed/temp setting.
For reference I have long, thick hair that has a wavy frizziness to it if left to dry naturally. The pictures were taken with no filter just under the light in my kitchen.
I am really happy with it!!!

This is a 2-in-1 styling hair brush and dryer, and the design is not only very aesthetically pleasing but also simply luxurious. The royal red colour is gorgeous.

The build quality is excellent as expected from Revlon.

In terms of performance - the dryer heats up very quickly and I manged to style and dry my slightly longer than shoulder length hair from damp to completely dry in less than 7 minutes which is fantastic. The brush is super gentle, the bristles reach my scalp but are not abrasive and not painful.

It's a beast of a brush - big and looks bulky but it has an excellent grip and is comfortable to hold. Looks and feels premium. Comes with a storage pouch, 3 heat settings for every hair type and a super convenient long cable that doesn't tangle or twist into itself.

The thing I really love about this dryer is the volume it gives my fine straight hair - makes it puff nicely like a lion's mane. Very pleased with the performance so far and the results and would recommend without hesitation. Salon quality hair styling within the comfort of home.

Honest to God, this has been a game changer for me!
I've NEVER been able to do the hairdryer and brush thing to blow dry my hair into a style, it's always been a case of just blowing frizz into it with my head upside down or whatever to get it dry then having used a million and one gadgets over the years (including at least 3 types of heated or steam rollers/curl magic, actually burnt my hair with that one/ghds/this big chunky boiling hot pink thing that has a rotating barrel side and brush the other). The thing is, my hair is so thick and past shoulder length that it's always been a nightmare to dry and style - UNTIL NOW!!
Holy cow!... I'm in awe!! My now bouncy, styled, smooth, shiny hair IN ABOUT HALF THE Time looks fab!!! Oh my God, the way it grips my hair without pulling it out, gives me control of the wet hair right up until it dries smoothly around the brush until I finish with a cool shot (the only awkward bit as it's in the wrong place - should be a button at the end of the barrel...but who cares!..I'm still completely happy!) It's unbelievable, I'm going out of my house without having used straighteners, never thought I'd see the day!

Truthfully, I've been back on Amazon and bought a second one (thank you black friday for it being thirty quid!) just to keep as a spare, because I'm never going back to a hairdryer - NEVER!

Get on YouTube ladies and watch a few Youtubers using this, there isn't a bad review to be found on there!!

The price is fantastic too!

I don't normally leave reviews but I just had to after trying this for the first time. I bought it with much scepticism, my hair is very thick, it has natural curly waves at the back (of course only at the back it's straight at the front!) It is impossible for me to dry straight, and even with the straighteners doesn't look right, it is only when I've had it blow dried at the hairdressers that it looks healthy and smooth at the back. I opened the box so carefully because I was sure I'd be sending this back, however after just 15 minutes of drying, I am so impressed! It does get hot, and is quite noisy but very easy to use, and my hair feels incredible! For anybody wondering whether it's worth a try I would say yes!

This tool gives me swishy, voluminous hair that looks polished and makes me feel like I've had a professional blowout.
It takes a bit more time than my usual hairdryer but the results are worth it. The brush is somewhat fiddly - but much simpler than trying to manage a hairdryer and a round brush at the same time. The tool is heavy and my arms get tired by the time I've done my whole head but I've learned a few tricks to make it a bit easier. My husband doesn't like the noise from this tool. It's louder and higher pitched than my hairdryer. I don't really care. I have superfine hair that tends to be limp and almost straight. I'll do just about anything for volume and this tool is easier and more effective than anything I've tried before. I use a volumising spray at the roots before drying each section to hold the style.

but it definitely gives my fine hair volume and I get lovely 'fresh from the hairdresser' swishy, polished looking hair.

I sometimes like to blow dry the back of my wavy/curly hair smooth for a change and have trouble reaching it after a shoulder injury. The brush on this hair dryer is quite large, and I wish it came with a smaller interchangeable head that I could clip on. My hair is medium length and because the brush head is very big so I don't think it would be suitable for shorter hair.

It was easy to use once I'd got used to it. I used it on slightly damp hair and it dried my hair as quickly as when I use a conventional hair dryer and separate brush.

It has 2 speeds but there is no separate heat control so if you have thick hair and want it on the more powerful speed you have to have it hotter as well, which was quite hot, and I would rather have had it on a cooler setting at the highest speed.

Usually I don't write reviews unless is necessery. First of all I ordered this product on 17 April 2019 and was expected on 30th of April. It arrived today on 27th of May :D.
When I opened the package it wasn't sealed also inside the box there wasn't any protection for the Hair Dryer, so basically he was hitting the insides all the time which I could bear, but then I saw hair on the actual product like someone used it and put it back in the box, not to mention that the cable was tangled like I used it and just put it back in my drawer. Can't really try it, because I need to sanitize it from the previous person who used it :D.
Very Disappointed...
