Great item and great flavour. Been using them for a month now and still cig free. Prefer these to the mint flavour gums available. So i stuck with this flavour instead.
If your going to quit seriously give them a try and that's coming from a heavy smoker of 35 years here. Good luck. P.s an update still using the gum and now on 4 months smoke free

Stock shortages and Price profiteering going on for years...

I love this product, the taste is great and lasts a long time but there is a big problem with the fruit fusion flavour: There are frequent shortages of stock all the time, it happens every month without fail, it has been going on for years. When the shortage strikes, amazon stops selling it and all other suppliers (profiteers) hike up their prices - some up to double what it should be selling for.
Absolutely sick of the nonsense. I have gone back to nicotinell fruit and will not be coming back.

Quitting smoking is hazardous. Mood swings, butterfly stomach, a weird feeling of missing out or being denied because, you're an adult, you can do what you want, right? Well if you really are serious about stopping these little beauties really help (and freshen the breath). Quitting is as much a routine as smoking and finding what works for you alone - patches, sprays, gum etc. is as hard as the decision to quit but this product and for you perhaps, a combination of others will go a long way to help. It works for me (with patches) and I hope it works for you too. Good Luck.

I have now been smoke free for 3 days (longest I have stopped for before is half a day so this is absolutely amazing for me!). I haven’t had as many cravings as I expected but any time one hit the gum seemed to take it away quickly. Tastes just like normal chewing gum and my 8 year old son has noted that my breath smells ‘really good’ now so proofs in the pudding.

I used the patches initially to stop smoking, and they worked brilliantly. I purchased a packet of the gum for those occasional weak moments. I was unsure which strength to buy so tried the 4mg which almost blew my head off. The 2mg was enough to take the edge off and the taste is ok. Now some eight months after quitting I am addicted to the gum. Not sure how that happened but it must be better than smoking !!

I wanted to try these to cut down on my smoking.. I really didn't think that I wouldn't want to smoke at all... I have been using these for a month and cut my 20 cigs a day down to 2.. I prob don't need the 2 but as a smoker we all know we like one at a certain time of the day and mines is when I get up and when I finish work.. I'm really happy with my progress.. They def take the craving away to the point you actually don't need a cigarette at all... Love the taste of the Icy white one so I will stick to that.

I stopped smoking cigars since mid October after contracting pneumonia so I had literally got to stop after spending a week hospitalised on oxygen .
All I did was to use this gum .
It's fresh tasting in your mouth breath fresh and after a few seconds a different taste hits you then you just place it with your tongue inbetween your gum and cheek then like normal gum you chew it and throw it away whenever the taste wears off .
This has most definitely worked for me .
So if I can do do it with just the gum believe me , anyone can !

I started on the 4mg as I've been a heavy smoker for over 30 years. I've tried everything to give up . I always smoke a cigarette with half a polo so opted for the minty flavour . I started to wake up in the night wanting a cigarette , found the smell of stale smoke increasing vile - especially on my clothes , and really annoyed with how much the habit was costing . After numerous failed attempts over the past 10 years of trying to give up I started using the gum and also a vype ( which is a much cheaper alternative to vaping). I now have about 5 pieces a day of the 2mg icy white and use my vype intermittently ( I still need to do the whole inhale thing and something with my hands) . I'm finding that I have to keep myself busy at times but genuinely don't crave cigarettes anymore - which is quite mad because it's only been a month . My son smokes and he absolutely reeks , when he lights up ( he's been banished to the garden when he visits 😁) it makes me even more determined to stop. I'm actually saving to buy a caravan - nothing spectacular just a two berth and have over £200 towards it already. Holding that money and thinking about how much I've wasted over the years is a huge incentive for me. This time I genuinely want to stop, I don't want smoking to dictate my life and I definitely don't want to be an addict anymore. The gum really really helps - plus it freshens your breath and is a far more pleasant than stale tobacco. I still think you really have to want to give up for any substitute to work but if you're ready to quit I 100% recommend the nicorette gum

Been quit over a year now and I don't think I would've achieved it without the two boxes of this Gum I ordered. When I originally quit I was using disposable vapes for a couple of weeks and realised I had just swapped smoking cigarettes for smoking vapes, which defeats the object of quitting, to swap one addiction for another. So I gradually cut down on the vapes and added more gum until I was just on the gum alone. After about a month I swapped the nicotine gum to sugar free regular gum and quit completely. It's a good product that is very helpful but a lot of willpower and a positive state of mind is also need along with keeping yourself busy
