Nice large number cards, laminated

This review is based on home use, I cannot speak to professional use, I really have no idea but for some games of whist & Gin rummy at home these are good set of cards.

I particularly liked the large numbers, and the cards are smooth which I am informed means they are laminated.

There are several packs in this set, which is handy as we are always loosing some, and I wanted some spare to use in art projects.

Each set has their own box.

Oddly, they come with 3 jokers, it may be that we are all waaay to old, ( ok we are all rather old) but we were expecting 2 so we took 2 out and then shuffled, the third one appeared which led to much hilarity and jovial accusations of card sharkery, but thought I would mention it in case other people are only expecting 2.

Good sturdy set, well made, and you also get both black & red sets ( the backing) in this bundle of packs in case anyone has a preference.

I bought this item to play during the early days of lockdown. But since the first day I knew the cards wouldn't last. The cards are bit smaller then others. Also the quality is very bad. I bought this on amazon after reading the title as poker cards and it sounded like it would last long. But these are worse then the cards you can get from corner shop. Wpuldnt recommend these few the price. Where corner shop cards would be better then these.

Those are not plastic cards, they are just plastic coated paper cards and they are not very durable. They stay bended if you bend them and the edges after 2 games started to
fall apart already. Also, they are slightly smaller than other decks, making them a bit harder to read.

I bought these for my playing card collection. They are a bridge-sized playing card made by Cartamundi. They have a linen finish to them and feel very good. With this product you get 3 decks - 2 red and 1 blue. I would definitely recommend these to card collectors or people with smaller hands who feel that standard poker-sized cards are too big for them.

These cards are smaller than standard poker cards. They get bent out of shape pretty easily, so I don't practice anything that requires bending them (for that, Bicycle is good). However, for everything else, these are a dream to practice with. I have big hands, but even so, I find these much easier to work with than standard cards. I think they'd be even better for aspiring cardists with not-so-big hands.

Cards were stuck together

Really disappointed. Only one pack of cards was usable and I don’t think they will last long.

In two packs the cards were stuck solid together. I ended up damaging several cards when trying to separate them. This makes the packs completely unusable.

Quality at a great price. Cartamundi have been around for over 250 years! As a former casino manager (30 years), you can't go wrong at the price offered. Even when working (casinos always buy cards in bulk with their own logo on for security reasons) we always kept a few dozen packs of Cartamundi in reserve for emergencies!

Don't order 2 packs as Canasta cards

Ordered 2 packs of 2 red and 1 blue so I had double packs of the same colours for my Canasta club but got one pack of 2 blue and 1 red so now colours don't match on one double pack ( if you see what I mean!). Not great quality but cheap.
