Best protein powder I've tried.

Have it for breakfast everyday. Tastes lovely. I am using this alongside exercise. I am dropping weight week by week and now fitting in my size 8 clothes. I find that when I have this for breakfast (1 scoop of powder, water, ice, 1 banana, and some chia seeds) I am not hungry again until lunchtime. No cravings. It also gives me lots of energy for my gym classes.

Caused heart palpitations!

Tastes good BUT it caused my heart rate to go all over the place especially at night among other symptoms like tight chest/neck, fatigue, light-headedness, fluid retention, heart pounding, body tingling and numbness. Did ECG, nothing showed unusual. The problem was I usually drink it in the mornings, so for it to affect my heart rate mostly at night, I couldn't pinpoint what was wrong until I drank 1/2 of the pack which was when I decided to stop and after a week, then only I see improvements, no more heart skipping a beat and less heart pounding. So, be careful, you might have some reaction to this product. If you do, stop straight away.

So i ordered the chocolalate peanut flavour which is nice but a bit on the bland side, so i started having 2-3 shakes twice a week as a meal replacement as it is quite filling so im not thinking about food all day. The weight is falling off and i dont feel starving on fast days. If like me and your on an I F. Diet, this is ideal just ordered my second bag

One of the best tasting protein powders I have ever tried. I just received the Vanilla flavour, and made a green smoothie adding in the protein powder. Absolutely delicious. The vanilla flavour comes through, not very sweet or overpowering but enough to completely cancel out the taste of the kale in the smoothie (I truly dislike the taste of kale). Super delicious and very filling.
I’m so happy that I chose to try this, and I will most definitely be repurchasing. I’m now looking to try other flavours from the same brand. Worth every penny ^^

Been using his a long time. One of the best low-carb proteins on the market. Choc is great, as is Choc-mint and Choc-Orange. Strawberry has a bit of a chemical taste. Mixes very well and gives a good protein hit.

Tasteless, bad batch - seller not responding

I have been buying This exact flavour and protein for months and have never had an issue. Purchased this month and the protein arrived tasteless, a funny consistency, with lots of debris in the bag giving off a funny smell. Contacted the seller to get no response so have had to return through amazon. Have then bought the same protein elsewhere and have had the same issue. Contacted PHD to make them aware and have had 0 response again. Had some of my old protein left over to taste test against and it was absolutely fine. Obviously a dodgy batch has been distributed around to various places but PHD are not acknowledging nor is the seller (individual not Amazon).

The texture and taste is utterly scrumptious, but I say, it really gets to work on my bowels. I feel like some kind of gremlin has crept up my back passage and wreaked havoc in my intestines! I certainly have a good 'clear out' after taking this protein powder, sometimes slapping down two or three sizeable number twos in a single day. And not to speak of the numerous 'wee parps'!

I usually have a shake (taken with almond or coconut milk for an extra kick) after a long run or busy gym session and do feel a big difference in recovery when I don't have one. So far I've tried the vanilla, Belgian chocolate and chocolate peanut flavours of this and the chocolate peanut has to be my favourite by far! I'm a little annoyed I have to finish the vanilla one now but I suppose it'll be good in baking.
