Great basic tissue.

Good value for money kitchen tissue. I disagree with all the negative review comments.
It's great for all the minor spills up to larger spills which is what I use it for. As one reviewer said ' if you want to soak up gallons of water use bath towels'.
If you have a larger spill then double up to 2 sheets or even 3.
This stuff does everything I need it to do. It isn't a premium tissue... premium tissue is for those who want a dishcloth in every sheet. I use dishcloths or sponges for that.
I recommend it and will buy it again.

You don't get the kitchen roll as shown in the picture, which is supposed to be XL in a tighter roll and thicker.
You may as well just get these from a bargain shop.

Didn't get what we received last time!

We previously ordered Splash Kitchen Roll through Amazon from Youthstar and were happy with the order. However, we have repeated the same order (description exactly the same) and was supplied this time by Clear Hygiene. The product is not the same! At first glance it looks similar, but when one of the original sheets was put by the side of one from the latest order you can see that it is larger and thicker. You can tell this from the attached image. Also you can see the brown desktop showing through the one from Clear Hygiene but not the one from Youthstar. I don't understand why there should be this difference. The only conclusion I can draw is that they are produced to different specifications by the manufacturer for these two companies but called the same thing! As this order was less than £10 I'm not going to contest it. This may be the reason why there are some good reviews and bad ones. As always, buyer beware!!

Admittedly Not the very best ones in the world but hey, they are cheap and convenient, I was very happy with the quality when I unwrapped them, for the price and ease of delivery for a bulky item they are very good, I haven’t noticed them falling apart and they seem absorbent enough so I would definitely buy again!

Cheapest I found on Amazon and you get what you pay for...they are good to use as napkins but rip and shred very easily for any type of moderate cleaning duty. Good buy if you are not expecting some heavy duty kitchen roll.

I was expecting to get what I paid for. Cheap but adequate product. However, I am pleasantly surprised with the absorbency and strength of this item. Although not as strong as a more premium brand and not as absorbent as a 3ply type but for the price of £10 for 24 rolls this was a bargain. I used one sheet to test the absorbency and naturally it didn't go too far. Four folded the sheet and worked a treat. Didn't fall apart and cleared the mess I needed it to clean. If you only make minor messes then this is for you. If you pour gallons of liquids all over the place then I suggest bathroom towels.

The towels are sort of ok, but the tube they are wrapped around is much bigger than most other brands I've seen. The outcome is that the roll doesn't last very long, I'll see what they're like after a while.

UPDATE- After a couple of weeks I find that I am using them for a lot more chores than i ever did before simply because there are thousands of them and I'm actually quite glad I have so many. So not such a bad purchase as I first thought.

For my purposes, these rolls were fine, they are not the thickest by far, but they serve their purpose & are very good value for money. As soon as we go through all 72 rolls, we will definitely be placing another order with this company.
