THE GOOD:
Good material, good padding and overall nice feel to them. This is essential for me because I got them not for weight lifting, but my job, which is very physical and lifting awkward heavy items, and of late, my wrists have been hurting so needed support. Day one, the wrap around adjustable support straps are perfect. You can loosen them easily when not needed, so you aren't sweating as much between lifting, and tighten it up just as you are required to throw a huge length of rebar over your shoulder to carry to a trailer. I noticed my wrists not hurting after my shift for the first time in months.
The fit is also perfect as per measurement. I was worried at first as I was on the upper limit of the size chart.
THE NOT SO GOOD:
Whenever I order anything fabric related online, I always go over the stitching before using it. One glove was way worse than the other, but do yourself a favour: Check all the ends of stitching. More often than not the machinists do not back stitch the ends, so the first time in the washing machine will unravel. These gloves were diabolical, particularly when you turn them inside out and see long lines of thread hanging off everywhere. Fortunately it is a quick fix with a lighter: Be careful here, you want to quickly singe the ends and push it into the fabric as it flares up and it will seal it from fraying further. Do this at your own risk though, you need to know what you are doing and never do it with flammable material. At the time of writing this, these were not flammable. I have put in the washing machine and they seem to be good so hopefully will last a good while.
