Good quality product and delivery was when promised. Only slight disappointment is that the furniture is nearer black than brown and therefore doesn't match our other brown rattan furniture

Good item let down by delivery issues

The item is very well made but it does need two people to assemble the table. I would have given it 5 star had it not been for issues with delivery. It was supposed to have been delivered initially around 24th May then got a phone call that it would be delivered week commencing 26th May. I had to do chase up calls , then it was going to be the week commencing 2nd June then it was going to be the following week. It was delivered on Sunday 9th June which was outside the last date given me by Amazon. As one of the other reviewers stated a simple up dated phone call would have helped and would have saved a good deal of frustration.

The garden furniture was delivered on 8th June (one day outside of amazon's estimated delivery date). I was contacted to say delivery would be between 11am and 1pm, the van actually arrived at 3.45pm (a simple phone call could save unwanted inconvenience for both parties), fortunately we were still at home otherwise not sure what they would have done. The furniture is as described, very nice and easily assembled with 2 people.

Quality product, sturdy, camera screw a bit annoying

Good product, the arm is longer than expected, and much tougher/more solid. The clamp is also wider than expected, meaning I can actually use it on real tables. It provides a solid grip. The arm is tough to bend, it is very sturdy, which is a struggle but good because then there is no wilting or jiggling. There is a little tilting adjustment at the top which is nice, my one complaint is the screw for fastening the camera-- you have to put the camera on it and spin it around, then use the dial to tweak that last crank so it's really on there. Since the mount is directly fastened onto the arm, you can't get underneath and screw it on that way. Not the worst, just kind of annoying, but otherwise a quality product at a very reasonable price.

This is designed to be used with lightweight cameras, but I wanted to try it for my Digital SLR, knowing my camera might be too heavy for it (This is my own risk, and I take responsibility for it). Anyway, it seems to work fine, though I will be careful, since it's somewhat of an "off label" use. The cable is very sturdy and the fact that it requires some effort to bend is a good thing--that means it'll hold your camera steady, in the position you want, without "wilting like a dying flower". The ball head joint is flexible and designed for a lighter camera (as the label says), and I can get it to work with my DSLR as long as I position the head and cable angle well enough to prevent any drooping due to the weight of my camera. So although this is designed for webcams, I am happy with how it is working for my DSLR. I would not recommend it for heavy DSLRs with long lens-- I think it would be too much weight. I have a Nikon D3400, to give you an idea of the weight of my camera. The only thing I modified was the clamp. I epoxied a piece of neoprene rubber to the circular part of the metal clamp so it won't dent whatever it is clamped to. If you try this cable for a DSLR, I suggest putting a pad on the table under the camera until you are absolutely 100% sure this will hold your camera. I have not had this cable long enough to determine it's longevity but so far, I like it.
