I've had this for 5 months now used twice daily.
I get around about 6 days of brushing before having to charge again. This is with an average of 3 minutes brushing time each clean. A few times i have been caught out with the red low charge light and with that, reduced brushing power, but i have managed to finish cleaning my teeth.
So to me, the 2 weeks on a full charge is an overestimation.
To charge the toothbrush you just place it no the charge dock and it takes many hours to fully charge.
I have had the red low charge light at night, i set it to charge, and when i wake up after 7 hours sleep it is still charging. Usually showing the toothbrush is almost 100% full with the 3rd light flashing.
The actual brushing of my teeth is excellent, my teeth do feel a lot cleaner after brushing with this. I have noticed a slight improvment with my teeth being whiter.
The app (android) for the phone works quite well, it gives you a good indication of how long to keep brusing one side before moving on to the next. It keeps a good track of your brushing over many months and gives you little badges for certain accomplishments. I did have a problem where the app stopped working on my phone for a couple of months, this was due to the app detecting my phone as "rooted" and would just close again after opening. It seems to be working ok now, so maybe they fixed it wth an update. The bluetooth sync works well if you don't want to take your phone into the bathroom as the toothbrush keeps a memory of many sessions that you can sync at a later time.
I only use 2 settings on the toothbrush, Normal for cleaning my teeth for 2 minutes. and Sensitive for cleaning my gums and tongue. The pulsing ones etc, i don't bother with. I use the crosshead brush and this does a great job of cleaning the teeth and keeping my mouth feeling clean and fresh.
Overall it was a good purchase. I only wish the battery lasted slightly close to the 2 weeks they claimed. I understand the 2 weeks is probably due to a 2 minute brush twice a day for 14 days. But even that doesn't add up with the times i have used.
I took 2 stars off because of this as the usage time is a large factor, and with me having less than half the time reported, this will only degrade more as time moves on.
