My frequent travel to the States and Europe has been paused thanks to Covid, but the pandemic has given me a chance to take a fresh look at how I can travel with less stress. I'm always worried that I won't be able to power up my devices and travel with numerous adaptors but hopefully not anymore!
I'm looking forward to trying this out for an upcoming trip, just one adaptor to tackle 2 countries, and I get to share it with my travel buddy. Less items to pack, means less items to lose, forget to take and less for me to carry.
I tested my US devices connecting via the adaptor to a UK socket, and charged up my phone and Kindle using the USB ports, and so far so good. I'm looking forward to testing this out in France and the US over the next few months, so I'll report back here and update my review.
Another big plus is the friendly and speedy customer support. I was having trouble figuring out how to connect a US device to the adaptor, and I got the answer in lightning speed! Just push a bit harder than normal, and hey presto, you're connected and safe. This attention to sparkling customer service is so important, there's a good chance I would have discounted the device as not working if I hadn't been given a bit of help.
