Expensive but does the job well.

The ‘NasaDock Plus’ is NeilMed’s solution to the storage problem of their Sinus Rinse bottle.

First impressions were underwhelming - it’s sturdy but looks cheap and the plastic reminds me of some that’s faded yellow in the sun - it’s not white enough to look classy in my opinion - but then again it doesn’t need to look amazing.

It also has no way to drain the water from the bottle so it just sits there. You’ll need to get into the habit of shaking out as much of the water as possible after cleaning the bottle.

However, it conveniently stores about a month of sachets, and most importantly the sinus rinse bottle and cap. I’d been through many DIY solutions to try and drain and air out the bottle but ultimately gave in to buying this and I’m glad I did.

Even with its flaws, it’s a much tidier solution and I recommend you purchase one.

Contradicts itself as a product

This product is meant to relieve dryness within the nose, yet contains saline (a salt solution) which of course actually dries moisture out- it's such a contradiction to itself as a product.
Having used the whole bottle, the moisturising action is at first pleasant but when it starts to wear off, the saline then made my nose dry and formed hard mucus. I don't see how anyone could recommend this product.
No problem with seller or delivery though.

Really effective for those suffering from a dry nose/nose ulcers

I have an autoimmune condition which causes me to get a lot of nose ulcers and also a very dry nose. I'm finding this really helpful for relief after using it for a few weeks. It's easy to use, the only thing is, is that it has a bit of an awful taste when it goes down the back of your throat. Just make sure you have something flavoured to drink like juice or something after you've used the gel. Water doesn't take the taste away. The taste doesn't reflect on the effectiveness of the product though, it's worth using regardless of the taste.

This stuff really is amazing! Had a sore up my nose for months that wouldn’t heal. Within a week of using this stuff it had cleared up nicely and is now healed. It must have created the ideal healing environment for my issue. Highly recommended and one happy customer!

This is absolutely dreadful! It burns the inside of the nose and then the back of the throat. I usually use Ayr but because of the situation at the moment, I struggled to get it in the UK. I chose this as an alternative and I really regret it! I don’t know how I’m going to cope whilst waiting for my replacement Ayr from America! I will definitely be avoiding this!

Before I bought this stand, I was just drying the nasal rinse bottle by leaving it resting on a piece of kitchen towel, which never seemed that satisfactory, so this is certainly a much better option.

The one flaw with this is that once you have constructed the stand, you can't disassemble it, which is a pain. I always take a nasal rinse bottle when I travel and not being able to take the stand apart, means it is very bulky to travel with. Yet, it would have been so easy to design this stand so the pieces could be taken apart, but as it is currently designed once the pieces are clicked in place, they can't be removed.

I think this has really helped my dry sinuses.
I use an ecig and am currently on HRT, both these can lead to dry sinuses and I had real trouble with pressure and pain and that horrible feeling of breathing in icy cold air. After using this the problem has died down. I used it 3 times a day for the first couple of days and now I use it when needed - and I haven't needed it for a week now!

This stuff is great. I use it for dry days/hay fever/bringing colds to a close/too much heating or air conditioning. Anything that means I don’t have to use one of those drying nasal sprays or pills. It’s best if you lay your head back after use for obvious reasons but works ok if you can’t it’ll still work pretty well. My only negatives are the price and waaaaaaay too much plastic packaging.

This is okay, I might have given 3.5 stars if the option was available. The only drip surface is the top of the lid, which has no ledges and so, unless you have fairly thoroughly shaken the residual water out of the bottle, it is likely to drip and run over the edge of the lid. This is not a major issue, but one to be aware of. The picture shows the top at an angle to the base, as though it rotates to open, this is not the case. In reality the lid lifts off and in the photo it has just been rested on the base at an angle. For the price, it is okay and I guess it just about earns its keep, in that it keeps everything together in one place.

I have used this product for years for allergies and the occasional bout of dry nose. Usually it has no detectable odour or taste but the latest batch I bought has a peculiar chemical smell and burns, not enough to be dangerous but enough to be vaguely unpleasant.
Update: I bought a second one from a different source, which was likewise unpleasant and compared t to an old bottle I found unused in the back of the cupboard, so it's not just my perception. NielMed must have contracted out to a different manufacturer. Too bad.
