Finally a full nights sleep

I’ve had trouble sleeping for the last few weeks after our noisy neighbours moved into the flat above us.

I’m often woken up at all times in the night as they bang doors and drawers and generally stomping around.

These earplugs are great, they don’t block 100% of noise which means I don’t miss my alarm, but they do block any disturbances through the night. They’re slightly uncomfortable when trying to lie on my side but I think overtime I’ll get used to them.

For anyone that has trouble sleeping you definitely need to give these a go. Especially for so cheap!!

Don’t buy this crap

I would not call that a “noise cancellation”, in fact I wouldn’t call that anything. Extremely uncomfortable, and totally useless. They hurt very much as well. I initially bought them because I live in an old house with thin walls and squeaking floor so I can hear all that my late night flatmates are doing. Then my brother moved in with me recently and he snores like a tractor and these earplugs don’t even muffle some of the sound! I literally fall asleep every night before him and hd still manages to wake me! You know, that “you get what you pay for” expression has never been so true. Don’t buy them, trust me. Pay a little more, but get some quality product.

Theyre good to wear if you sleep next to a snorer, they do block the noise out however if i were you id trim the pull out tabs cause theyre a bit long and can cause discomfort when sleeping on your side

Ear plugs are not always the most comfortable and you do either get used to it or you dont. The material is a soft silicone which i personally like. If you value comfort alot more than reuseablility then id get the maliable silicone ones, the only thing is you cant continuously use them like these ones

They make your ears feel a bit sweaty and they are wet inside in the morning, it quickly dries and isnt alot of moisture but if you have any ear drum moisture related issues find an alternative.

What can I say. Just perfect for the job and a good nights sleep. Sure you can hear the pulse in your head but hey count it lol. Lost one through the night in our bed but hey i was asleep and found it in the morning.

I needed ear plugs that wouldn’t work 100% at cancelling noise so I can still hear my baby cry but not hear her rustling about the crib. This does exactly that. I had a pair like these I got when I worked in spec savers and they’re perfect for my situation. I’ve slept so good and actually feel human again. Comfort isn’t 100% but I think anything in your ear you would feel. Got used to them very quickly! The case is great to keep them together and can clean them all at once is easier.

My standard foam ear plugs were next to useless. They wouldn't stay in for long and didn't work well.

I bought these earplugs based on positive reviews and very glad I did. They are snug and secure when inserted and are excellent at noise cancellation (I didn't hear my husband snore once when wearing them!). They don't offer complete silence, I still heard my alarm clock but that's reassuring as I wanted them to reduce noise rather than eliminate it.

As others have mentioned I had to trim the stem, and removal needs to be careful because they can create a vacuum. Overall comfort isn't perfect because they sit in the ear canal, but it was only uncomfortable for a little while. It wasn't painful.

Cheap but not for me

I had been using foam earplugs for sleeping but thought I would try these as they looked as though they would last longer.
They came in a sturdy storage box and arrived quickly. When you use them you have to push them really far into your ear to get any noise cancellation, which made them uncomfortable for me to wear all night. They have a post on them which is a bit long , as I sleep on my side and the post pushes the plugs even further into my ear which is not comfortable. They are cheap and cheerful but I will be going back to using foam earplugs

These earplugs look great, the design is wonderful of them, the price is very reasonable, they block most sound out so they're effective at doing that but I'm disappointed to say after a week's use that they hurt the delicate tissue in my ear canal. I eventually got to sleep because I was so tired but woke up each day with sore ears, which isn't very nice at all to put up with. You shouldn't have to put up with pain, pain is your body's way of alerting you that something is obviously wrong and whatever it is that is causing you pain should be removed. If you continue using them and feeling discomfort and pain, that may keep you awake which defeats the whole purpose of using them in the first place.

You can tolerate the irritability and soreness but nobody should have to tolerate anything so I think I'll discontinue using them and will stick to the ones I usually wear which are made of a soft expanding foam. Sorry manufacturer and seller. I did try them a lot and hoped that the pain would go away but it didn't. I don't want anything in my ears that causes me pain. I just want a pain-free, peaceful sleep, which is the purpose of earplugs and is the sole reason for using them in the first place. I'm just being honest. I tried them but they're not for me. Everyone's anatomy and ear canal size and shape is different, so they may not cause everyone discomfort but they do me and others judging by other reviews.

Meh - not AS great as expected from other reviews

Perhaps I was expecting too much. I appreciate that if I was just confronted with minimal noises/rustling through the night then these would cancel them right out. I bought these to try and cancel out the sound of my son, yet I am gutted to discover that I'm sat here with them in right now and can still hear him talking.

I don't mean that in a completely cruel way - I work from home and months into the pandemic I'm one YouTuber video away from a mental breakdown. I just want to be able to sit at my desk and not listen to some mid-20's loser recording himself playing Roblox and screaming at the computer screen for an hour (that's the YouTuber not my son, he's only 7, few more years yet before he hits loser status for that kind of behaviour but I'm sure it's coming) we live in a bungalow so its not even like one of us can escape to a different level to try and keep the noise to a minimum.

I'd say that though I can still hear the dulcet tones of the YouTuber's on the living room tv screen in the adjoining room, it's muffled enough I can't hear what they're saying, so at least I'm saved from the mind numbing 'LAD banter'.

It's a better situation than it was before, albeit not that much.

3 stars not noise cancellation, but 5 for comfort and stretch, so averaged it out to 4 stars overall.
