Brought my first water pic a few years ago when that died tried another brand both were ok but both had issues first one was really hard to keep clean as the water tank was hard to access 2nd one was not very powerful even when fully charged and only held a charge for couple of uses before needing to recharged…..so when that that one also packed up I did some research and bought this one…..had it a week so far and am delighted with its performance by far the most powerful one of the three, I’ve used daily since purchase and it’s still saying 75% charged lots of options of pressure settings and lots of different heads included and easy to clean would definitely recommend if you’ve been disappointed in your current model!

Bought before Christmas as a present and after getting used three times the pump stopped working . The display and menu work fine but the flosser is useless as it doesn't actually send any water from the container through the attached tip

I am a veteran of around twenty years of these devices. For many years I used a 'Kitty irrigator' which was very good until it recently died. The only problem with it was the size and the space it required in the bathroom. I kept a hand held irrigator for when I went on holiday, but never found one that had enough power, so was wary when looking for a new bathroom based and travel model.

I have definitely found all I need in this 'My Smile' model and would recommend it. I am delighted with its' performance.

I’ve been using this for about 6 weeks. Bought it because I’m rubbish at flossing, gums were bleeding and I’d got a dentist appt coming up that I was worrying what he’d say. Gums stopped bleeding on brushing soon after starting to use it and I’ve been to the dentist this week and he said I didn’t have gum disease. So I’m really happy.

I have managed to squirt myself in the face a few times pressing the wrong button but mostly I get it right and it feels intuitive to guide around my mouth. I prefer this to the sonicare airflosser I used to use a while back and I seems to do a better job.

I’ve only used one head type and usually on normal or pulse mode.

My dentist advised me to get a waterpik. Searching Amazon, I chose this model. At first, using the advised "soft" setting It hurt my gums. After several uses, this became less of a problem. The cleaning effect is very good, in combination with interdental brushes (mainly TePe).The lifespan of these devices seems to be limited, but compared to dental treatment costs, turn out to be quite economical.

Very easy to use. I went straight onto "strong" as this isn't my first water flosser. At that strength, it runs out of water before I finish my teeth, so I now do one fill for the bottom teeth and a second fill for the top. (The screen says "bye"!!)
Charging is easy and quick.
This water flosser is more expensive than any others I've bought but - so far - well worth it.

I love this. I have flossed with tape for 30 yrs and I have always found it awkward to get to the back of my mouth. This water flosser gets every tooth with minimal effort. I love using it. It leaves my mouth feeling fabulously clean. There is a knack to using it. I have had mine a week and still manage to soak myself. I use mine in the shower because it can get messy but believe me once you use this you will never go back to tape. One of my best buys… ever! Would definitely recommend this.

I bought this product because it featured a plaque cleaner which is a little brush attached to the jet head. I am using the normal jet head as it really doesn’t make much difference and there are two of these one of which my husband can use. I’m disappointed about this because models without the plaque cleaner are very much cheaper. It is easy to use, comfortable to hold and direct the water jet along the gum line and doesn’t make a mess. I fill the water holder with warm water and use over the sink. On high setting it lasts only for top or bottom then I have to refill but on medium setting it does it all. It does leave me feeling like I’ve had a good clean at the dentist so overall I’m happy with it.

Wasn’t sure about this at first but I’m getting used to it now.
It’s got several settings which are excellent.
Also several heads which are handy, although I haven’t used all of them yet.
Use lukewarm water for comfort.
I prefer to use it over the bath or in the shower as it’s easier to release the water from your mouth.
Much cheaper than some other leading brands and it has more accessories

I can't use flossing wire which is probably the same story most people say, so when the dentist recommended a water flosser I thought ok let's try it.
I will admit that when I first started water went everywhere, I am not going to claim I got right first time because I didn't.
I tried the settings and realised that trying the lower one was the best option for now till I was used to it. I do like the option screen and it tells you hello it is very easy to hold but on first usage it is hard to navigate.
The instructions are straightforward and simple and I am impressed with the design and the fact it is a USB charge.
Anyone who claims they got this right first time is fibbing so shame on you(kidding) but this is the most fun I have ever had cleaning my teeth.
Gave 4 stars because still have not travelled with it yet.
