I just got this today, and i have only worn it for 30 minutes and the pain is much much better and almost gone. My back pain has been at its worst on this recent episode/attack; i fell on my knees and couldn't stand for a good 1 hour, shouting in pain and almost fainted; and for more than a week now had been living in constant pain and decrease mobility. Ive been taking loads of pain meds to no avail; however, with this back support i feel much much better - i almost couldn't believe the pain is almost gone and i could bend, kick and jump...lol Honestly, i can cry in happiness right now as being pain free is so liberating... I wanted to share this experience for that person who is suffering with back pain right now and stumbles upon this product --- pls, pls try it; like you I've tried almost everything.... :)
Im very very happy with this purchase....

It does work but it’s very uncomfortable, I’ve got a bit of a belly on me which is probably a cause of my back pain but wearing this to actually put pressure on my back squeezes my stomach too hard it hurts. I suffer from back pain when doing simple standing up tasks like washing the pots or cooking so it’s good for that but no good for sitting down or leaning over tasks like gardening as it just rides up or digs into the skin. I may not be using it properly though but instructions aren’t useful, I watched a YouTube video of a bloke fitting one on that clearly spends 5 days a week in a gym using it which was helpful for my fat ass use

One day off...multiple jobs to be done..2 days ago my back went AWOL.
The major job was receiving.. lifting...lugging into the house a new washing machine from AO.
It's small..but still...I was in pain and wondering how I might manage.
I found this support on amazon that night 🌙 and paid for today's delivery.
It was delivered today as promised and as luck had it I was able to collect it just as the AO guys arrived.
A short journey back from the collection point and I had it on!
The feeling of support was instant. A firm but not too tight squeeze around my waist...I could bend over and not feel that stabbing pain from my trapped nerve.
I find it comfortable....I wouldn't wear it this tight for a whole day...but having just completed the washing machine installation which I was dreading with the nerve digging in me I feel nothing but relief...in fact my back feels good 👍 better than b4...but maybe that's my pysche and the loss of my anxiety.
Good job on delivery amazon.
Good product so far whoever made this.
Comes with stiffer ribs but so far ( 2 hours rem) it's fine the way it is.
Now 2 morrow ill try it all day at work...that should test it out...fingers crossed for more success 🙌.

Update 18 March 22.
Lifting crates of food..into van..delivering door to door 🚪..Don't think I could do 6hrs straight without this support.
At home without it I soon notice the twinges of pain return while..bent over the sink..dusting around..lifting a small wood table..etc.
I hope it keeps 🙏 working as effectively as it is. It is in daily use. My fat tummy is compressing it while in use but it's fine once off.e 😃

trapped sciatic nerve relief

ordered this product after reading the reveiws and searching for a decent brace for pain relief and support of bulging disks, trapped sciatic nerve and dehyrated disks, as my old brace needs replacing. Arrived within 2 days packaged well, with instructions and spare plastic bars. washed and dried well, alittle unclear as to how you wear it-on the hips or above. On the hips, the 2 front bars dig into skin and you cant take them out. so i put it on above the hips. easy to tighten and loosen although if you fasten it too tight it can nip your skin. A double fastening, both velcro. 1st the fastening of wrap then theres 2 straps, one on each side to fasten for as much support that you need. comes with a padded cushion to velcro on the inner back of the brace to protect the arch in the back too which i found very comfortable and needed. breathable material and very discreet. i wear this under my clothes but can be easily worn on top of clothing and would still offer support. does relieve some of the pain.

My dad fractured L1 and L2. Hospital provided a full back brace, but he could not get on with their contraption. I bought this as a stop gap until we could sort something better with the hospital. We tried their alternatives - not great, but the specialist agreed that this product was doing the job just fine. So just bought a second one for dad so we can wash and dry the original. Seems to be one of the best available and reasonably priced.

It can easily slip down and wrinkle along the bottom edge, which then rubs. Extra padding on MkII perhaps!?

I ordered this product based on friend's advice that I should get a back support brace for lower back pain after giving a birth. I'm delighted with it as it provides excellent support without restricting movement. I've worn it all day without any problem. Is is thick enough that it unconsciously encourages your back to be straighter. My work involves a lot of daily bending and carrying so I often go home with some lower back pain. But after wearing the support I know it had made a difference because I had no back pain when I got home. It's soft, comfortable, breathable, easy to wear and I wish I'd ordered one years ago! Quality seems very decent.

I bought this item to replace one I'd bought in either lidl or aldi 3 years ago and velcro was tired now. This one has last a week and velcro already not holding. Previous support instantly improved pain levels and provided support which this doesn't.
I have went back to using old support with a belt to overcome worn velcro.
My advice is buy elsewhere, I am really disappointed with this (as politely as I can put it.

I have suffered with back pain for about 20 years, ( maybe longer it's been so long I dont actually remeber how long it's been ) all the Dr's seem to wanna do is make me rattle when I walk lol (due to the pain medication)
My job involves alot of either walking or standing around, so usually within a hour of starting my shift I'm in alot of pain I bought this back brace after reading the reviews and watching a short review video. I was really hopeful that it would help and omg words CANNOT explain the support and the amount of relief this back brace gives me.
I am so happy with my choice and purchase, once u get used to the support rods it is very comfortable (which is a bonus) and it's breathable design is perfect because you don't get too hot, dunno what it'll be like in the summer though.

I purchased this belt after reading the reviews , I’ve suffered with back problems from over 20 years , recently I twisted my lower back and needed something outside of the pain relief medication I am taking . I would choose a size up from their size chart for a better fit. Good customer support . Replacement sent which is a size up and good fit .
