Best case out there with 1 very annoying flaw.

The case is incredibly sturdy, nice to look at and even though it's on the pricier side, it's absolutely worth it. You just spent £1k+ on your ipad, don't cheap out on the case.

This is an amazing case for productivity, watching content, drawing, etc.

BUT there's one very annoying thing about it. The inside of the case is a soft velvety material that keeps everything nice and smooth for your ipad. But around the camera, the material is a hard plastic, and there's a joint that isn't perfectly levelled. This resulted in the case making a pretty deep, straight scratch on my ipad. Luckily, that ipad was returned cause it was defective and I got another one now. I've since glued a couple of soft stickers to that part of the case to prevent this from happening again. Not sure it'll work, and not sure every Zugu case has the same problem, just be aware that it could.

I paid more because of Amazon support agent mistake!

As an international buyer (I ship products from Amazon UK and the USA to my country), I buy a lot from Amazon with my friends to make the shipping price as low as possible and I never had any issue with Amazon.

Unfortunately, that is not the case now. I was trying to order this case and its price was £84 includes shipping and taxes, then for a credit card issue, I canceled the order and placed it again with the same products to find that the same iPad case price raised to be £128 the case is still under £75 but amazon raised it's the shipping price. I talked to a support agent to know if I could get the same price as the canceled order but he kept interrupting me saying "buy fast before cyber Mondy deals are over" and finally he told me just place the order and Amazon will refund you after receiving the order.

I did exactly as he told me, but Amazon told me sorry for the mistake of our support agent we can't refund you!

Now they don't answer my emails and the only options that I have is to lose 20 euros from the case price to ship it again to Amazon.

The case itself is great and deserves a 5-star rating, but I got it with almost the same price as the combo touch case.

English is not my native language, I did my best to make this review as clear as I can.

Great quality but very heavy ( iPad Pro 12.9 5 generation)

I brought this case after reading all the reviews decided to spend that much money I was looking for something premium quality light weight so I decided to buy this due to light weight in the description mentioned ….. when the case arrive feel very heavy so I decided check the Weight of the case .. compare it to the description it was more than a double .. contacted the company send them a picture of the description and the weight all they did was apology we change it to the correct in the description .. if you looking for protection go buy this case but it’s very heavy .. if you looking for slim case protection that’s not the one … at the end I have decided to keep the case for now see how I manage and see the quality will last apparently has two years warranty …

Was looking for a decent case for iPad Pro on YouTube, came across this one,
I was like that case is what I want,
So here I was hoping that Amazon would have it and I’m so glad they did,

Yes the case is on the expensive side, but you gotta remember your own a £1000 ipad and want the best protection for it.

Let’s start with the presentation, simply amazing, it’s well packed,

The case is well made, and looks amazing too,

Inside is all fabric, so it keeps your device looking good and won’t damage it,

The leather on the outside makes the case look premium, feels great to touch too,
The cutouts are in the right places,
The buttons work just as good when not using the case,

When you open it up and put it in stand mode, it has got a great magnet stand so it won’t slip or even fall down, it’s that strong too,

I went with the blue version as it looks great with my AirPods Max Sky Blue.

I would definitely recommend this to anyone, it’s definitely worth every penny, I would gladly pay this price again for this case.
You won’t be disappointed.

Expensive case but worth the money, I waited for this to come out for the new M1 12.9 iPad, in the meantime I had to get a cheap case as they don’t feel right without one! Glad I waited as this is my first Zugu case and the feel, weight and sturdiness is perfect. The last almost flat position of the 10 position stand is perfect for my painting on the iPad, it’s almost the same angle as a tabletop easel. The Apple Pencil fits perfectly, it almost feels like the magnetic charging point for the pencil is stronger with this case on? I don’t think I will be moving from this make of case from now on, premium price for a premium product, highly recommended!

Had problems charging my Apple Pencil! Not worth the money! 😢

This case is massively overpriced for what it is. I liked the feel of it and I thought it looked good. It is sturdy and the magnets were also strong on it so it made it great to do digital art on. 😀 I don't think it is worth the price at all though.

I had problems charging my Apple Pencil on it. I only bought my iPad Pro and Apple Pencil in September last year so they are both fairly new. I didn't have any problems charging my Apple pencil directly on my iPad but I had problems charging it on this Zugu Case. It was charging intermittently, taking long to charge and sometimes stopping charging mid way. I had to keep removing the pencil from the case and putting it on again, in order for the charging to start again. It also took a while for the pencil to start charging on it at times too. 😢

Also, when my pencil was attached to the case with Bluetooth switched off, my pencil was draining quickly when not in use. When I put my pencil in a separate case it can stay at 100% for several days when not in use. This was not the case with this Zugu case. 😢

Also, the cover that goes over the iPad screen is prone to picking up bits. So I was finding that I was having to wipe off my iPad screen before using it all the time. 😢

I wanted to love this case as it came highly recommended and has good reviews, but sadly it wasn't good for my needs. I returned it to Amazon and bought a cheaper Ztotop case. It was reduced and just over 1/3 of the cost of this Zugu case when I bought it. My Apple pencil charges straightaway and perfectly on it so far. 😊

Guess you get what you pay for in life .. if you’ve spent over a grand on your iPad then it should be kept in a case like this .. fantastic quality and use ability .. so many increments of adjustment to get it just right for what you are doing .. only 1 gripe is the soft protective inside of the case is pressing against any surface you are using it on but tbh that’s just a small gripe and time will tell how it wears .. I don’t often write reviews but for this case I have .. be nice to have had a choice in colours but as I’m a gloomy old soul black works for me .. you owe this case to your iPad .. don’t try a £10 case ya tight git .. you get what you pay for .. buy buy buy 👍🏼

The case arrived very quickly, delivery was rapid. It turned up in sealed cellophane wrapping which gave me peace of mind. The quality of the packaging was top end, on par with Apple products packaging When you buy from them.
The actual product fits perfect it’s moulded to perfection around my iPad Pro. It really couldn’t fit any better, every corner fits snuggly with the camera lenses fully protected. Magnetic wake and sleep works a treat! For the price paid it more than meets my high expectations, I’m a happy customer and would recommend anyone with a iPad Pro to purchase.
Don’t go for a cheap case on a high end product, if you spend your cash on this, believe me you will be more than happy!!

This case is amazing. It's a super tight fit (so keep that in mind when you're putting your iPad into it! It'll be super tight!) And I feel the protection is excellent. The sleep/wake for the screen works really well and the apple pencil charges when you put it in the slot at the top.
The star of the show with this case is the multiple viewing angles...wow. I use this case a lot on my lap to draw in Procreate and it is so so sturdy when I have the stand slotted in at an angle, no matter what angle it is. I think because it's magnetic, it really holds and even when I lean on it with a bit of pressure, it's absolutely fine.
I wish it was cheaper (cos I think the price will put people off) but it's the only case you'll need. I ended up returning a desktop stand to Amazon because I didn't need it in the end because this case fit the bill so well. Looks swanky too which is another plus 😊

This tablet case is expensive but its worth every penny. When you're paying over £1000 for a tablet you really want the best and this case really does live up to the price tag. It's very sturdy when sitting the tablet any of the 10 positions. Because it's magnetic it really does stay put, unlike other cases I have used in the past. When the case is closed it automatically turns off your ipad saving you power. The way this case was packaged really did make me feel I have bought the best case. It came in a lovely box and wrapped in tissue paper with a note from the seller. I would highly recommend this case.
