This soap doesn’t deserve low reviews for plastic as it no longer comes in a plastic wrap and the palm oil is sustainably sourced. It smells lovely, is a nice size in your hand and wasn’t tested on animals like all the soaps in the supermarkets. It also contains natural ingredients, I’ll buy again!

Dissatisfied. This soap is nice but the biggest ingredient is palm oil. We all have no excuse to still be buying products that contain it. I can't warrant destruction of the rain forest for a soap i like. Sorry 1 star. Change the ingredients and ill happily buy even if you put the price up a little ill buy.

I bought this soap thinking it was animal friendly as it has the leaping bunny logo. When I read the ingredients it says palm kernelate, which I now know is from palm oil. I won't be buying it again because of this.

I have had to give up most products in bottles, such as shower gel and shampoo, because of a nasty thing called Methylisothiazolinone which pretty much gets put into every personal care product there is and causes me to have a serious allergic reaction. (We found it in "ultra sensitive, skin kind" baby bath gel, and a lot of others that claim to be "dermatologically tested"

This soap, in all its flavours, is the answer for me. I use it every day and wash my hair with it. I have the tea tree, the lavender and the aloe vera versions and they are all good.

Basically, this is the stuff for me from now on

I spent a considerable amount of time researching which soap to buy before choosing this. It arrived not in the paper/cardboard packaging, but in a plastic wrapper. I would never have purchased if the imagery had been honest/correct. Will not be sending back due to the environmental impact, but extremely disappointed that I have been misled.

First off to say I love this product, the smell and the feel on the skin are lovely, but after looking at the ingredients in more detail I was alarmed to find that palm oil derived ingredients are on the list. I queried this with Faith in Nature and they indicated that the small amount of palm oil derived ingredients conform to the Roundtable of Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO). So then I looked into RSPO and Greenpeace indicates that it is quite corrupt and is still not really doing anything to prevent huge scale production. I would gladly pay more for a product that does not have any palm oil in it as there are more expensive alternatives. With the relatively low price point of this product, the economics probably don't work, but I would contend that by having a palm oil-free badge would increase sales from other like-minded customers.

Bought this product to specifically cut down on plastic waste thinking it was eco/natural and supplied in cardboard.

The soap itself came wrapped in unrecyclable plastic so I'm not impressed.

Could have bought some in the supermarket if I wanted that.
