Brilliant and easy to use

The product came perfectly packaged with all the various parts lettered to make it easy to identify what bit goes where. The screws are also labelled so it was an easy enough task to build. I have a 5ft punch bag and it fit perfectly. Great value for money. I had previously purchased the same item from another seller and it came in a mish mash in the box, with scrapes all over it and bits missing and broken so shop around guys and read the reviews before buying. I have no problem with this seller or with the product. It was delivered promptly and was easy to assemble. Now time to get some frustration punched out. 😊

Not sturdy what so ever for use of a heavy bag. If you still want this you will need alot of heavy weights at the base to support it, which removes the value for money because you will spend more money on the weights then on the frame. The frame is not fit for purpose anyway as it does not stand well and the bag does not have enough travel between the bag and the frame. Sellers not offering a full refund.

Buy additional weights for the speedbag!

Overall, best value for money, but I've had issues with the speedbag that I've nearly resolved now.

You won't achieve good speed unless you make some adjustments. The standard bag is bigger than the rdx one and has a slightly longer leather loop, so moves slightly slower, I also found I had to tighten the bolt at the top of the Homcom pivot mechanism to stop additional sway, and the top board is too light, so vibrates when the speedbag strikes it and it loses a lot of momentum.
This fix is risky, so be cautious, but I've bought 2x 10kg weights to sit on top of the board, and making sure the board is in contact with my garage wall to absorb the impact there too. The weights really absorb all the vibrations now, and I'm able to achieve faster speeds immediately. Only risk is the repeated motion eventually vibrating them off, or switching over and hitting the punch bag with more force and knocking the weights off the speedbag board, so I will be securing them to the top board permanently now I know this works. Tried this with multiple lighter weights, but they all fall off, so 10kg seems to be the way to go- so long as you avoid the risk of them falling off the board!
I bought an RDX one to replace the bag itself, and I've been using the speedbag, and should be able to replace the pivot when I get longer bolts arriving, so hopefully will work even faster ( the RDX bag comes with bolts that are not long enough to pass through the speedbag board, so longer bolts of the same with as the RDX speedbag would be required if you also decide to switch bags)

White colour isn't great, mines scuffed from moving all these weights around on it, but it was the best price, but black would have been better.

Assembled alone in about 90 minutes, would have been faster if I'd had an electric tool for screwing the nuts on instead of the tools provided.

Holds the punch bag well, I only got a 4ft one, so the frame holds it on the ground pretty well, the bag itself just sways a lot - should have bought a heavier one even as a beginner

Sturdy, but awkward to assemble

I've not had a chance to use this properly yet, but once it's built it feels quite sturdy and should do the job.

Someone mentioned about adding waits, curious how they did that as I cannot see a way.

The assembly of it was rather awkward. As someone else has said, the spanners provided are useless so you might as wekk throw them away and use some proper ones. Some of the holes do not align properly, i had to use a hammer to get some of the screws in and 2 others i couldn't get in at all.

Also the speed bag, feels & looks cheap. Personally i'm using a different one.
