Seriously I’m terrible for leaving reviews but I just felt I had to on this product!! I hate my eyelids and found this product and thought for the money it worth a try. Amazing, so easy to apply, can’t feel it and most importantly it really does work, had to attach a pic. Love love love!!

'Double' tape is a waste of time

The idea is brilliant, and if you're willing to spend an hour practising, to get them on right, well worth the money. Watch as many Youtube vids as you can before applying your first lot. If you haven't had to reposition too much, they will adhere all day, and I have put eyeshadow over it, but you must dab it on, not stroke or rub it on. Well worth the small amount they cost, to have a first try with these. HOWEVER, the 'double' tape is a total waste of time, I quickly realised that you don't separate them, but use them together. so more of an oval shape, but it separates too easily and if need to reposition then you've had it, 2 pieces instead of one. If these were just one large piece they would be perfect for my severely hooded eyes, but a waste of time cus they separate just trying to get off the retaining pads before applying to eyes. and be very careful of pinching eyelids with the too thick tweezers. Otherwise decent value for money for a trial, and once you succeed, they do the job well.

First time using them so thought I’d go for cheap option as had seen some for £30+ ...these are a game changer! You get 2 different thicknesses but absolutely loads of them, 2 little plastic tools to help apply- no instructions but plenty you tube videos to help! There’s enough for trial and error - I put them on at about 8.15am first day with no makeup to see how long they lasted. Had to literally pull them off at 10.30pm they hadn’t budged and last very well with makeup applied too! Definitely purchase again.

It seems there are some very negative reviews for these either from people with a bad batch, or who didn’t research how to use them, but I can honestly say they DO work. (They are supposed to only be sticky on one side, otherwise you couldn’t blink!)

I had seen a few videos of people using these for hooded eyes on YouTube, and as my biggest disappointment in growing old is how much my eyelids have sagged, I decided that for the price, they were definitely worth a try. They are!

Definitely have a look at a few videos to get an idea of where to place these on your eyes, but you’ll need to practice and play a bit to achieve exactly the result you want for your individual eye shapes. Because there are so many in the pack, there are lots to experiment with, and it hasn’t taken me long to get the lift I want. I can finally wear proper winged eyeliner again, for the first time in about 8 years! I am a very happy lady :)

The stickers adhere well, but can be taken off and repositioned once or twice if needed and still stick well. I have found that using more than one of the thinner strips allows for my deepset and wide eye shape, and although these are not truly invisible, but are ‘skin tone’ (mid Caucasian I would say), they camouflage well on the eyelid. I haven’t tried these with eyeshadow, but they didn’t like liquid liner which caused me to go back and rework the placement - ultimately improving the overall effect. My teenage kids couldn’t see the strips at all when I asked them if they could see the difference, but could tell that ‘something’ was changed.

You very quickly forget you are wearing them, there is no discomfort and they come off easily with makeup remover. They do pull the skin if you take them off without remover, which I expect will cause problems if done repeatedly.

Very happy! Will be using these every day. If at first you don’t succeed, keep trying ;)

They Work!

My eyes are hooded but the left one is worse, following an accident, and there isn’t enough skin left for a satisfactory surgical lift.
I found this product by chance and although very sceptical, anything’s worth a try – especially as it’s not at all expensive.
I love that there are two sizes, I can use the small size for my right eye and the large one to balance up my left eye. After a little practice, they’re easy to apply (the tools supplied with them are helpful). I wear my usual eye makeup over the top and expected them to start peeling but I had them on all day. They stay put and are surprisingly comfy, you don’t notice you’re wearing them. I thought they might make my eyelids sore, as I have sensitive skin, but there was no itchiness and when I peeled them off there was no redness or reaction. Best of all, they work. In the ‘after’ photo I have only used one on my left eye and I’m delighted.

Saves the cost of surgery!

I’ve been considering eyelid surgery for a while - it’s expensive and you want to know that the results will be worth the money. My surgeon used this product to show what the results from surgery could look like and I bought some to test out the look! The strips are sticky on one side which you stick near the crease of your eyelid. It takes a bit of practice to get them where you want them but once in place, they’re very subtle and match skin tone nicely (there’s also loads in a pack for practice placement!). I’m going to wear these for a while - no one has noticed them so far and certainly a good buy if you’re self conscious about your eyelids :)

Took a few mins for me to work out how to use them properly,but because there are so many I was able to practice. The little white tweezers are actually helpful even though they look and feel cheap!?. I am amazed at how well it works for me as my top lids are quite droopy. They stayed on no problem from early afternoon until after midnight when I took them off myself. You need to put the makeup on after applying or they lift at edges. Can be tricky getting makeup right at first on your lids but just play about. Cheap product yet very effective. I’m impressed. Will recommend to my friends.

People need to understand that these have been used in asian countries for many many many years, this isn't new... and this product is produced in the very countries where it has been used. So unlike the recent western ads for the same product this item has experience behind it. it worked brilliantly and the bad reviews seem to reflect where it has been used incorrectly..it is NOT meant to be double sided..the large size is MEANT to be split through the middle...it dissolves on to your eyelid where it is practically invisible, it does exactly what it is meant to do. please utube lid tape before use..so you know where to apply it and know what to expect. the price is a bargain compared to the cost of the western brand. great product, highly recommend.
