Just moved in to a new house and needed to clear the sink

My wife turned up with some bio-type sink unblocker that was so safe you could almost drink it. It was meant to eat away at the sludge blocking a couple of our plug holes in our new house, but it was useless. So I turned to Amazon and got this. I only really wanted 2 or 3, but for the price, I figured a 6 pack would always come in. Anyway, that night I poured 2 down the 2 sinks and in the morning I flushed them away and they had worked a treat.

No more slow draining sinks. And I have 3 left to fight another day.

3 I hear you say, but you only used 2. Yes and no. Almost as soon as I poured one down the sink just as I went to bed, my son decided now would be the time to clean his teeth and flush it all away. So one sink took 2 shots.

Just bear that in mind!! :)

As many modern flats, our pipework is beyond poor.
After a couple months, toilet sink and shower sink drains water really slowly mainly due to soap and hair residue building up - some can be cleaned manually and some other I guess gets stuck on the pipe's elbow causing not a full blockage but enough to slow things down.
Decided to give this product a go, following instructions of using a whole bottle overnight and then running hot water the morning after. The very same hot water the morning after got stuck. Thought maybe this is how it works, maybe the product has built up some sort of gel the water will dissolve and then the blockage will be gone? Nothing further from the truth. It took about a minute for the sink to drain the water and then a few minutes later that morning after brushing my teeth I could see that a whole bottle, a lot of hot water and the money invested had all gone down the sink. The product is useless or maybe it works for some minimal soap / hair build up one could pick up with a brush or the fingers. It doesn't work for something a bit more serious so will save my money and perhaps call a plumber.

Like most I bought this expecting it to do as stated and unblock the bathroom sink (or any other sink for that matter), but after 3 bottles of this and waiting for the stated duration of time it had zero affect what so ever which was very disappointing! I had to unscrew the parts of the pipes beneath the sink and clear it out that way instead, smh. Since it didn't work as intended × 3 (🙄) am I not entitled to a full refund under the consumer protection act 1987? It's not great that you're selling a product that supposedly works, but is actually not up to par at all, smh.

I've never used this particular sink un-blocker before, but thought I'd try it, as the water wasn't draining in bathroom sink. Used it in the evening, in the morning ran the hot tap, but sink started filling and blockage still very much the same. I'll have to try my regular one, and hope for better results.

Product does not work satisfactorily. I purchased 6x300ml bottles, and have used four of them over a 6 month period to try and unblock the bath drain so the water drains away more quickly. Will not buy again, and will report my dissatisfaction to Amazon. Even more annoying is the product labels read "Money Back Guarantee" via "moneyback.challs.com" to make a claim. This link does not work!

I got this product because the reviews were so good. So much for that. Four treatments later and there is no difference at all. Useless product. Might as well chuck water down the shower! Had to get the plumber out twenty minutes later after shoving a pole down there all clear. Don’t waste your money go down the pub instead

Two bottles no impact

I brought 2 bottles ( 1 to use and a spare for next time). Poured the first bottle down bath plug hole left it an hour, poured hot water down as instructed. No change to blockage. Figured maybe leaving it longer and use hotter water, so the next day I used the 2nd bottle and left it for 6 hours. Still ankle deep in water during a shower. I've ordered a different brand now, hopefully will have better results

This product failed to sort out our problem of removing hair inside the plug hole. I won't be buying this again as I went on to buy Mr Muscle Power Gel Drain Unblocker which did the job and I'll be using if needed in the future

Like the title said, it did nothing. It was like pouring money down the drain. Ended up using ASDA own brand unblocked which worked amazing well for a cheaper own brand version. Save your money.

Rubbish! I followed the instructions by putting the whole bottle down the plug hole, left overnight then followed with hot water in the morning and still the water was draining as slowly before. Waste of money.
