My daughter had been looking for a while for a board and this one has not disappointed her. Easy to inflate. First night and straight on to Loch Ness with it.

Unstable and not a Stand Up Paddle board

I read a lot of reviews before purchasing 2 of these board’s based on the reviews for Christmas presents. Today being a lovely day was the first time Kids and myself were able to take them out for a spin. Let me tell you honestly how totally totally disappointing these boards are. Ok they inflated easily and that’s where the good ends. Totally unstable kids tried standing up on them and immediately sat back down I couldn’t believe they were that bad so had a go myself, It was not to difficult to stand up but any paddle movement and it’s rocking all over the place. I’m perhaps a little big at 13 stone for them but kids at 7 stone and being quite small should have been steady. I’m not sure who these boards would suit maybe 5-6 year olds but certainly not much more. I can only advise anyone to save their money and perhaps go for something a little more expensive as these are a false economy. I have passed return window now so looks like I’ve got these taking space up. I’d be too embarrassed to sell them on.

Incorrect tools supplied

Unfortunately my paddle board was delivered with a loose value which leaks air. I've since learnt that this is not particularly unusual and that the valve can be tightened easily with the supplied tool. However, even more unfortunately, after inspecting the supplied repair kit an incorrect valve tool was supplied (incorrectly keyed for the boards value, 8 gaps not 6).
I managed to borrow a tool off another person at the shore which saved the day but will now need to source my own. Supplier has covered the cost of the tool, but still a faff. At the end of the day the board works fine, but has not been plain sailing.

The paddle board works great. The paddle somehow broke in half when I fell off and hit the water. The paddle was easy enough to find a like for like replacement.

The board is a bit narrower and harder to balance on compared to other boards I have tried and wouldn’t recommend this for a first timer.

Quick and easy to put up. Sturdy good fun. Only criticism is that the bag isn’t really big enough or designed to store the deflated board. I just toss the board in the back of the car and inflate it in the car park before use

Great board so far, only 1 outing though. Quite light compared to my other isup and much faster on the water. My only complaint is that the fin was very hard to get in as the fin box had been slightly misshapen in transit. I have left the fin in place while stored away in the hope it will return to its original shape. Nice design and colour.

I got this paddle board for my birthday and tried it out today for the first time. I loved it however my pump broke after pumping it up! I can’t seem to find the contact info for customer service but I would really like to have a replacement as the board is really great.

Product arrived earlier than expected. Took 5 minutes to inflate with the last minute getting harder with each pump. The pump works and appears and feels sturdy. The air hose is a really cheap one. It works, but have to hold it in place as the pressure increases since it will fly off the pump due to high pressure.
The sup looks well made with quality material. As you reach 12 psi it feels like a hard board. The air valve and fabric used looks similar to what I had in my advanced elements kayak. I had it sitting inflated overnight then checked the pressure again and there was no loss. Did not use it yet due to winter, but the sup looks good. No leaks and everything is in working order. Everything came, but the glue. No more air shipment of glue due to ever growing restrictions is my guess.
