Arrived in a tick and was very quick

Found a tick on my cat and never removed one before.
I heard about these tick removers.
I have to say it's was brilliant!
Ordered at 11.50pm and arrived the next day.
Easy to use, just select the right size (out of 3 in the pack), get as close to the skin as possible under the tick and gently rotate 3-5 times; gently lift.
The tick came out first go , amazing!

Not just a rubbish product but dangerous too!

I dont normally write reviews as I cant be bothered but I felt compelled to review this product as its is truly diabolical!
Recently my Spaniel has been picking up a lot of ticks from the long grass around where we live. WE find it a struggle to remove ticks with the standard loop design remover we had so we bought this as we thought it may be better at removing ticks.
A few days after it arrived my dog had another tick. This product comes with two sizes of remover. One was far to big so we used the smaller one. It was a nightmare to get any grip on it and in the end it failed to remove it and snapped the tick in half leaving the nasty part still in my dog. In the end we had to use tweezers. It left a nasty swelling. Hopefully she will be ok but ill never use this product again.

Missing tweezers from the sealed bag but removers easy to use

I loved how easy the tick remover was to use, as I have never removed a tick from an animal before. But as I bought the set for the tweezers mainly, I was a bit peeved that the tweezers were missing from the sealed bag so I was obviously sent the wrong set. But as the feral cat which has decided to adopt my family has a couple of ticks attached and we wouldn’t let him in the house, I didn’t have time to return and reorder this.

Handy but small to use

I found these a little short on the handle and quite hard to use on my dog because he wouldn't keep still, ended up going to the vet to remove tick in the end, but ok if your dog is calm and relaxed and let's you get to the tick in one hit.

Not impressed with this. It really does not get under the tick to remove it and keeps slipping out. I bought a tick twister by o’tom previously and I will buying another one of these. These o’tom ones are so much better.

Cheep and cheerful, but you get what you pay for. In my experience, this tool invariably leaves part of the tick in the skin and is in no way a rival to the 'lasso' kind of remover which, in my opinion and experience of removing many ticks from family members and guests ( we live in the English Lake District, where ticks abound) is by far the superior tool. More expensive, yes, but well worth the extra.
