A nice quiet keyboard

Very quiet keyboard, the keys have enjoyable softer feedback and performs as you'd expect, so feels like an upgrade. I'm a little suspect that mine was some sort of return as the battery strips had been removed and the packaging was a bit all over the place but everything was in there and working. The mouse clicking could have been designed quieter, strangely the right click is louder and feels 'cheaper' than the left click button, if that makes any sense.... and if you walk away from it you need to click the mouse to wake it up, which is just something to get used to as I guess this helps with battery life. Overall happy, just hope the letters don't wear away as suggested in other reviews.

The keyboard worked ok during the first 2-3 weeks of using it, then buttons started to become stiff and hard to click. You need to hit them hard to respond especially those buttons you use frequently (enter, space, delete...etc). Definitely not recommended. It will be thrown away

I need a quiet mouse and keyboard as I start early in the morning. There is a neighbour whose bedroom is the opposite side of the wall I work on and I’m conscious of the noise.

The mouse is ok, fairly silent and no problems with it, but the keyboard is clacky and is no better than a standard keyboard.

Returns has been approved but if you need it to be silent, I would not recommend this product.

Ordered to replace an old worn-out Logitech keyboard/mouse (in the Black Friday sales this one was slightly cheaper...)

Keyboard seems generally OK; quiet in operation, though very occasionally seems to get "stuck" (a keystroke seemingly isn't registered - press the next key and the "stuck" keystroke and the new one both appear...

The red LED lights to show Num Lock and Caps Lock aren't very bright; they do go out after a few seconds to save battery power. The keyboard has a tiny on/off switch on the right-hans end that seems to have been added as an afterthought.

Ergonomically, the mouse is fine, comfortable in either hand with a reasonable feel to the buttons and the wheel. But the mouse does perform very well:

(a) Movement can be erratic, and the mouse pointer will frequently jump to a completely different place on the PC screen. This may be dependent on the kind of surface it's being used on (its optical sensor may not like my old wooden desk) - however the previous mouse had no such issues!

(b) The "inactivity timeout" (where the mouse enters a low-power mode and eventually switches off to save power) is far too short:
i. After 1 minute the mouse enters a low-power state where the red LED alongside the optical sensor flashes at a slower rate to save power. Not a big issue as it only causes a small delay (less than a second) before the mouse starts responding again if it is moved.
ii. After 10 minutes the mouse switches off completely and requires clicking of a button or the wheel to wake it up (just rolling the wheel or moving the mouse won't wake it up)

The mouse's irritatingly-short "inactivity timeout" will mean that I won't be buying another one of these...

I bought this about 2 months ago.
The first one I got the mouse did not work, so I replaced it and all seemed good, and then not so much.

The keyboard is nicely laid out, and while the keys a fairly mushy, I find I can type fairly quickly without much hassle.
The mouse is the usual small size "claw" mouse ( ie you holding with you fingers and your palm is not touching the mouse ). It works well enough, with 3 buttons and a roller, no side buttons.
Both the mouse and the keyboard have storage for the usb dongle, which is a very nice feature.

Now the downsides, are all very much around the keyboard. I have to big problems, one is the battery life, I can put in fresh batteries and they can last days or hours. But so far I have not had the keyboard last more than a few days without needing new batteries. For some reason the keyboard will be fine and then an hour later batteries flat, even if I am not using it. I have even had this happen when I put new batteries in and did not use it.
The other problem is the keyboard will often not register on the screen a keypress until I do another keypress and then it does both presses as the same time. So I have to watch for this while typing else, I may have some really strange spacing/lettering etc

So yeah, I will have to look at getting a different keyboard this one is just a let down.

We had to send back the first one that we received because the battery in the mouse would not stay in position. They were very quick and efficient sending a replacement but that proved to be almost as bad. The mouse would not work at all with the batteries supplied so we put in our own batteries. The connection was intermittent. When you moved the mouse it would work for a little while and then the red light would go out and you had to shake it to get it to reconnect. The board also sometimes stopped working. We had the batteries that they supplied in that so it may have been a problem with them. The mouse felt flimsy and the board was not silent as advertised.

I bought this as an inexpensive solution for general computer use, not for gaming or any other specific or special use and was very happy with the purchase until about a week ago when the mouse pointer started jumping even if I moved the mouse on a mouse pad placed on a flat surface without lifting the mouse at all (I know it could jump if I lifted the mouse a bit to reset the position on the mouse pad, so I specifically tested this behaviour). The keyboard is okay. This set has been used more or less on a daily basis during these 5 weeks of ownership. I would be wary of buying this again due to the mouse (I just want to use up one USB port for both keyboard and mouse and so woulnd't buy a separate wireless mouse - I'd rather look for another keyboard-mouse combo pair)

Keyboard stopped working

Within a couple of months the keyboard has stopped working. I tried replacing the batteries with brand new Duracell Plus Power 1.5V non-rechargeable AAA’s but it’s not coming to life. After checking the Trust support site it suggests removing the batteries from the keyboard, disconnecting the dongle, replacing the batteries, waiting 3 seconds, and holding Fn+Esc+Q. This should make the Num Lock LED flash red but it didn’t do anything for me. On the plus side it comes with 12 months warranty, return to retailer for replacement. Amazon were very helpful and even offered a refund instead! I’ll be buying a different brand this time.

so just opened my package plugged in receiver and the caps lock button stuck in had to use pen knife to free it and now its moving in and out but causing conflict with other buttons due to the internal button not breaking connection on release , this is not a good selling point for this device. otherwise it is a nice keyboard and very quiet not that bothers me but it is a good design just clearly the build needs more refinement to avoid purchases like this happening, i will attempt to fix the button myself! also the device switches itself off within literally 1-2 seconds of you not touching the keys which is annoying

I needed another wireless mouse and keyboard set and this came up on Amazon deal of the day (for something like £15. The keyboard is nice and quiet and comfortable - it seems robust too.
Them mouse is a bit smaller than i am used to but fits nicely into the hand and also seems good quality. Very pleased with the items considering the low cost. Not sure about gaming as I only use it for office use.
