Absolute love it. Helps me clean between the gaps between my teeth, which are wide (gap teeth). Unless you have wide gaps like myself, you won’t need this size and should go for small sizes in red, blue, yellow and green (in that order). To be used gently otherwise they bend easily and becomes quite difficult to use afterwards. This is now part of my daily dental routine and I will recommend to anyone.

BE WARNED! PRODUCT DESCRIPTION IS WRONG

This is not a "Pack of 80" or "Pack of 10x8 pcs", as the product description says (in December 2019); it's a single pack of 8. If you buy 4, you'll be sent 4x8, 32 in total, not 320. So it looks like you're getting a bargain, but you'll be paying 3 or 4 times what you mightd pay other sellers. Obviously very wrong and I can't believe it hasn't been corrected yet.

Do not buy this item. It’s advertised as an 80 pack. As you can see from the photo; you only get 4 packs and 32 units and are charged almost £40 for them. You can pick them up in most Supermarkets for £3 a pack. Very very disappointed with whatever has happened here; the misleading advertising or someone not packing the 80 units. I won’t be trusting Amazon with a purchase like this ever again.

These are a great idea and work amazing when you can get them through the gaps in your teeth but most of the time, although they’re the smallest size they come in, it’s still a struggle to fit it through the gaps! They would work much better if they didn’t bend. As soon as they bend out of shape they’re impossible to use anymore. If they were more sturdy they’d be perfect

Didn't realise until I was advised to use these by my hygienist just what an amazing job these little brushes do. I have quite big gaps in my teeth and get a regular build up of plaque between my teeth, these Tepe's have stopped it completely. Would never be without them now.

I find flossing difficult. My dentist advised using these in collaboration with teeth flossing sticks. Together they work great. This is a great starter kit for finding the appropriate sizes of tepe brushes you will need for everyday cleaning. I use these after eating and especially before my bedtime teeth cleaning routine. The brushes are firm but gentle. They get into the gaps well and I like the fact they are brushes, that brush around individual teeth. The rubber holder used to be firmer and less flexible but in recent years they have changed this part of the product. They would be better, probably, if the holders were longer for those hard to reach areas, but overall they are very good and fit for purpose. They last reasonably well, up to about a week each for me then the brushes start to really deteriorate and the wire weakens. I find they work best when used with any toothpick with a floss end for optimal oral cleaning. I’ve had less fillings etc since following this regime.

Does what it says on the tin. Great for cleaning in between the teeth and in the gum pockets. My dentist recommended these to me 3 months ago and I daresay my next dental appointment will be the first one I'm not dreading..!!
Having used these and the Tepe/Boots collaboration with the longer handles, I much prefer the latter. You get better reach for the back upper jaw with the longer handles, and because you don't have to bend the brush head as much, they actually last longer.
Also, I don't use the included cap except for travelling, as the brush heads start to smell if you cap it whilst still damp after use.

Disappointed. Description clearly states 1 box contains 10x8pc. I ordered the minimum quantity of 4, therefore expecting 4 boxes (320pcs). Only 4 bags of 8pc arrived (i.e. 32pc total) for £39.12. Very disappointed.

It’s the durability which let these brushes down

I have awarded this item 5 stars on the basis that they do deliver very good interdental cleaning when new, particularly when used in conjunction with a water pick cleaner I.e. water pick a.m. TEPE brush p.m. they do work particularly well for patients like me who practises good oral cleansing techniques, but over the years I have developed some gingival resorption based on age and I suspect genetics.

They are simple to use, simply push gently into the space between each pair of teeth: do not force. Gently move the brush backward and forward a couple of times, remove and move onto the next pair of teeth. The brush works well and removes food debris and plaque. I tend to use dental tape on my front teeth too.

In terms of durability, I and my dentist think that they are poor; despite being the market leader. I routinely use this brush and the size up. Neither lasts for more than 2-3 days and based upon the fact that I only use these items once per day, twice a day would be very expensive indeed. They should be more durable, their major competitor certainly is, but this may be because they use different material which could damage teeth, or because they have a different density of bristle. Suffice to say, I have kept with TEPE and I dare say that I will continue to use them, however, in this time of very durable composite materials I do think that they should last longer.

Ok so I SWEAR by these brushes, and have tried Morrisons and Tesco's equivalent which are just CRUD. TePe is the only way to go. I suggest getting a scale and polish and then committing to using these every day. My partner is a dentist and he put me onto these after I asked him to show me how to properly floss - he said don't bother with floss, get these.

For the first few days they're quite tricky to use, I'd recommend getting one of the mixed size packs, or asking your dentist for samples, so you can figure out what size(s) you need for what teeth. I use 0.4 for some, 0.5 for others, and then the rubber Wisdom ones for my molars which don't fit even the 0.4s. So yeah for the first few days it took me nearly 10 minutes, and it hurt, and my gums bled. I thought I had perfect teeth but according to my partner bleeding gums = gum disease. As the week went on my gums stopped bleeding one tooth at a time, until there was no pain, no blood, and the whole thing takes me 2 minutes or so.

I'd recommend these to anyone serious about the long-term health of their teeth. Especially if you're already a flosser - ditch the floss and get these. It's worth the extra ££ for the genuine TePe ones, they are finer and last longer. The Tesco and Morrisons ones last one use before they're bent out of shape, sometimes not even that long. The TePes last up to a week and they don't grind against your teeth as the wire is thinner but stronger. Also it's really easy to floss incorrectly, these are pretty much fool-proof.
