There is one thing they don't tell you about this product...

Like many of you reading this review, I have been on the eternal quest to find that one thing that will fix my back and eliviate all that pain. I have tried every amazon product from foam rollers and back stretchers to massage chairs and massage guns. When you're in this position and can't bare thr pain any longer, you buy a product like this knowing that there is a slim chance it will work - but you'll take any slim chance to get rid of the pain!

My partner laughs everytime I order a new piece of plastic or electronic massager that ends up shoved in cupboard of shame after rolling around on it for a few weeks in front of the TV. I've seen professionals and paid a lot to have someone frequently poke me about - as many of you probably have.

All that said, this might be 'the one'. Who would have thought a £16 blue piece of plastic from China would be it - but sometimes life is funny like that.

I lay down on the floor and placed it under my neck. The instructions say to hold your hands up above your neck and push your elbows 90 degrees (like a horizontal handstand). Actually the instructions don't really describe it well so that's why I marked it down to 4 stars.

The arms above the head ensures that there is enough weight pulling down onto those pressure points that will start to numb the back of the neck and the spine. Now my one REALLY USEFUL TIP that they don't tell you - but it is the same for all these products - deep breathing is absoulety key to this. Breathing deep helps your muscles release, and ultimately lower your body into a calm state where the pressure points can really active. The deep and longer your breaths the better.

The other thing that they don't tell you - or at least this happens to me and maybe there is something wrong with me - is that your arms stop working completely and you feel really high for about 20 mins afterwards. I don't know if this is a result of the acupuncture in the spine or blood rushing to other places - but it feels great.

Long story short I would recommend this product at this price.

I brought this because it sounded like a miracle cure for neck pain. All the reviews suggested that also. But, personally after just two uses it caused me a lot of pain, which has stopped me sleeping for the past few nights. This is not a registered medical device and after using it I would go as far as to say its dangerous. I believe alot of these reviews must be fake or purchased. Be advised if you do want to risk your health with this device, it is not for diabetics or people with high blood pressure. If you have neck pain or any pain see a professional. Don't risk your health with this product. I was suckered in like a lot of you will be. You will get a refund, but the damage from using it has already been done. Avoid.....

Warning: Applying traction to the neck can cause damage under certain circumstances. You should consult with a doctor.

Having said that, I’ve only had this pillow for 2 days. I’ve had a lot of problems with my neck over the years. After initial use of this device, there was some discomfort. I think this might have been my body adjusting. I can say that I am now experiencing less pain in the neck and the results are promising. A key point is to relax with deep, slow breathing. Make sure your arms and legs are positioned as shown in the instructions.

Occasionally I suffer from neck ache if I've not slept well.
However, after reading reviews on numbness after use, I started with only 30 seconds. Even after that short use, the pain in my neck did ease up.

Once I have mastered my apprehension I am sure it will be fine. So many good reviews cannot be wrong.

Helps with bad posture

Wow I'm amazed at this product! I have very bad neck posture and have done for years. I have tried all sorts of contraptions and have also seen a chiropractor but couldn't afford many sessions as they are very expensive. I saw this and was once again sucked in and bought it not expecting it to really help. But I have to say I have used it twice for 5 mins each time and I can already see an improvement.

You do have to follow the instructions carefully and although it is fairly comfortable to lie on, it does make me feel a little light headed but I think that is because the neck is being stretched and its not used to being in that position. Therefore I am only using it for 5 mins twice a day for a while and then will hopefully go to ten mins. I don't think this is a cure for bad posture and I will probably have to use it every day but so far I am very impressed and would recommend highly.

It’s a much more substantial product than i feared it might be. And when i wake up with a stiff neck and can hardly lift me head I reach down for the turquoise neck rest, put it under my head and hey presto a few mins later the neck moves again! Jolly good!!

It works well to stretch out tightened SCM, scalenes and smaller muscles in the front of the neck in a passive . Only fault is that it is quite a hard material and would be improved by a softer surface layer. It is not suitable for sleeping on but used before sleep and to address tightness that causes tension headaches I have found it effective. As an additional effect it also helps release referred tension in the trapezius.

Good but I have a question

How long does it take to start working? How long do you use the concave side for before changing to convex? It does not explain in the instructions.
Having said that I feel better after 3 days so I have no complaint - other than the instructions are not clear.
