There is one thing they don't tell you about this product...

Like many of you reading this review, I have been on the eternal quest to find that one thing that will fix my back and eliviate all that pain. I have tried every amazon product from foam rollers and back stretchers to massage chairs and massage guns. When you're in this position and can't bare thr pain any longer, you buy a product like this knowing that there is a slim chance it will work - but you'll take any slim chance to get rid of the pain!

My partner laughs everytime I order a new piece of plastic or electronic massager that ends up shoved in cupboard of shame after rolling around on it for a few weeks in front of the TV. I've seen professionals and paid a lot to have someone frequently poke me about - as many of you probably have.

All that said, this might be 'the one'. Who would have thought a £16 blue piece of plastic from China would be it - but sometimes life is funny like that.

I lay down on the floor and placed it under my neck. The instructions say to hold your hands up above your neck and push your elbows 90 degrees (like a horizontal handstand). Actually the instructions don't really describe it well so that's why I marked it down to 4 stars.

The arms above the head ensures that there is enough weight pulling down onto those pressure points that will start to numb the back of the neck and the spine. Now my one REALLY USEFUL TIP that they don't tell you - but it is the same for all these products - deep breathing is absoulety key to this. Breathing deep helps your muscles release, and ultimately lower your body into a calm state where the pressure points can really active. The deep and longer your breaths the better.

The other thing that they don't tell you - or at least this happens to me and maybe there is something wrong with me - is that your arms stop working completely and you feel really high for about 20 mins afterwards. I don't know if this is a result of the acupuncture in the spine or blood rushing to other places - but it feels great.

Long story short I would recommend this product at this price.

I brought this because it sounded like a miracle cure for neck pain. All the reviews suggested that also. But, personally after just two uses it caused me a lot of pain, which has stopped me sleeping for the past few nights. This is not a registered medical device and after using it I would go as far as to say its dangerous. I believe alot of these reviews must be fake or purchased. Be advised if you do want to risk your health with this device, it is not for diabetics or people with high blood pressure. If you have neck pain or any pain see a professional. Don't risk your health with this product. I was suckered in like a lot of you will be. You will get a refund, but the damage from using it has already been done. Avoid.....

Bought this to try whilst doing weight Pilates , it’s not the best, does offer some support on the ground when stretching but to be honest can’t see the benefits after 2 weeks, I do suffer from head forward when working but this hasn’t given me the relief I thought it would.

I had high hopes for this product. I followed the instructions but I think this is not meant for petite people. I gave it an extra star for giving my muscles a bit of a stretch. However, it also triggered my sciatic nerve and my leg tingles everytime I use this.

This product is a good neck support if you want to lie on the floor. I might use it on the beach as its very comfy. Not sure it's done much for my neck pain but a nice relief which I wouldn't get from a pillow was felt.

Please note that I have read the sales description over again and there is no mention of a list of persons that this is unsuitable for, including me, a person with a pacemaker, among others. I have only been made aware of this in the leaflet which came with the item. I include a photo which shows these exclusions.
Apart from this item being unsuitable for me to use, I lay down on the floor to try it out. I found it to be extremely hard and, when I positioned my body as per instructions, my lower lumbar area did not touch the floor at all, and I was aware of quite a strain and discomfort in trying to hold the position at all.
I have been generous in awarding two stars. I think it is imperative if selling an item with several warnings regarding categories of people for whom this is not suitable and who should not use it, then that should be made clear in the sales pitch before people buy it.
