I have suffered from chronic back pain - specifically lower for some time and due to Arthritis it was getting worse. I've tried numerous other things, such as specific exercises, medication, massage, and shakti mat which all helped for a short period of time, but usually, a few days later I was back to square one. This Slumber back stretch worked immediately, I've been using it every day to either lie on or on a chair, my posture has improved and the pain relief has been amazing. For £21.99 which is what I paid it was a bargain. My only slight issue with it is bending the plastic into the different positions, the plastic is very hard, and due to my Arthritis I found it impossible, luckily I do have someone who can help me with that.

Great but hasn't lasted

I've used it everyday since buying it a few months ago and as a result my back has felt great and my posture has improved.

However as the photo shows, constant use has snapped the base which now makes it useless.

I would buy a similar one again just not from the same supplier. At least not yet.

Wow. Just wow. Even on the first use this product makes my back feel better. I don't want to overplay it but the feeling of relief came within 2-3 minutes. I could feel my muscles relaxing with each breath. I'm just left with the feeling and knowledge that that was exactly what my back wanted for so long. With deep muscle work, it can sometimes release emotions if that makes sense. I felt that happening with this. You won't regret the purchase.

Some reviewers have mentioned that it is hard to assemble and they are correct, I'm disabled and only have full use of on hand/arm, I tried a couple of times and it was so frustrating, eventually I went over to my desk and placed it on there with one end against my chest and pulled the end furthest away from me towards me and it slotted in fairly easy. The size of the box it came in it may aswell have been pre-assembled anyhow. Hope this help.

Had what I think was sciatica going down my left leg, I do alot of driving with my job so was starting to bother me, ordered this not expecting much but it sorted it out within 4 days, fight through the initial pain barrier with it and stick to the 5 minutes twice a day. Since then whenever I feel any sign of pain in my lower back I use it, should probably just get it in as part of my day. Only used the lowest setting. Highly recommend.

Takes a bit of strength to put together. Hurts like hell when you first lie on it so I only managed 3 mins. I laid in the feotal position for a few mins after then flat on my back for a min before getting up. Can definitely feel an improvement in my pain level already

I have tried so many things for my chronic lower back pain but this device has relieved it by gently stretching my lower back.
I used the lowest setting, not a question of fitness but the highest curve could be detrimental for my back.
I don't have to use it everyday, only when I feel I need some help with my back, so this is great.

I play a lot of sport and suffer from painful lower back after too much exertion. I found this really beneficial to use after a general all round stretch. The lowest setting was a good starting point but I regularly use the second setting for 5 minutes then relax for 2 minutes and it really helps to relieve the pain. The resistance band is also really useful to help with stretches. Overall very happy with this product.

Meh - not bad but not good either

So first of all the assembly, I'm a 31 year old semi fit man and it was quite hard to assemble my gf tried but she couldn't do it. Getting the tension required is a bit of hard work.

The comfort depending on your floor, grab yourself a pillow you will need it for your head it hurts. Quite painful. The instructions are a little wishy washy for my liking just says use at base of spine and use for x minutes.

The results, the next day you do feel a little broken similar to if you've ever had physio. Much like physio after a few goes you start to wonder whether this thing/person is trying to hurt you or the pain is merely healing.

After about couple of weeks I did feel a little better but honestly couldn't tell you if that was a miracle healing power of this thing or my pride in taking that much punishment that my pain tolerance was a little higher.

Since moving I have stopped using the device but will start again and see if my experience differs in any way.

I can't tell you that the product works, then again I really can't tell you that it doesn't work.

I brought this for my wife, as she always sticks a pillow behind her back, wasn't expecting much but after giving in to the nagging I gave up and tried it myself.
I was so impressed I brought one for my Mum.
My trap nerve and ciatica were giving me gyp and I was struggling loading the dishwasher, hence why I tried it for the first time, it wasn't that pleasant and I rolled of it when the time was up, but Wow, I could still feel a little niggle and still can a week later but my daily routine is 90% pain free and completely tolerable. I have no intention of going back to my osteopath anytime soon it's that good.
