It works well once you get the hang of it

On first inspection I was dubious of how something so petite would work, but I was pleasantly surprised once I got the hang of it.

It came in a little box, neatly packaged with a manual, I will admit that I am adverse to instruction manual and usually just find how things work by trying it and that is what I did with this.

I found it really straight forward. Three buttons at the front, one for changing setting between PSI, kPA etc and then a + sign and a - sign to change the pressure up and down as required.

On the first tyre I wasn't sure it was reading well, so I deflated the tyre and tried again and it did inflate until the desired pressure. IT switches itself off after it has reached the desired pressure which I thought was really neat. Really quick to inflate as well and the extra attachments that come with the pump will come in handy for other items i'm sure.

To ensure that the inflator was reading the pressure correctly, I did take the car to the usual garage to have the pressure measured and I can confirm that the reading was correct therefore I am extremely pleased with this product and at such a compact size, this will be one of the things I will keep in my car at all times.

Purchased this Tire Inflator Pump as a gift for my husband as his old one had finally decided to retire, and was extremely pleased when he received it. Sadly, he has complained that he never gets an accurate reading - it actually went from +3 to -3 for the pressure he actually wanted within a matter of seconds, so doesn't feel he can trust the readings he gets. Also, the inflation cable that you attach to the tyre is much too short unless the connection on the tyre is at the very bottom- so it actually defeats the object if he only wants to checks tyres in the garage - to have to keep moving the car outside. Looks like I'll be getting him a new pump - but will definitely take him with me so he can select exactly what he needs.

A must have for all cars, easy to use and very compact!
Turn car on and simply plug into cigarette lighter slot then attach to valve and it gives you the reading of current tyre pressure then use the + or - to get to the desired pressure then turn it on.. inflates quickly compared to other compressors

I searched for a while before choosing this one. This is one of the few tyre compressors with an air hose which is long enough to connect to a valve at the top of a tyre. My tyre is a 19inch one as well. Inflators like this are hard to find.
It’s small, compact and the wires and air hose clip to the back. Easy to use and powerful enough to inflate the tyre quickly. It’s the best one I could find and I’m very pleased with it.

I write this honest review based on my decades of experience and use of this type of product

This is the second I have bought since Christmas, different brands.

The first had to be scrapped, the power connection simply fell of the unit. When, I do not know but had very little use.

Outside return window so nothing to be done.

I NEEDED the equipment so bought this one as the most cost effective I could find.

On examination, it appears to be made, identically to the first which fell apart for an unknown reason.

The electrical plug into socket end is held in place by having been simply pushed on. Not screwed or glued or similar so the end could simply, once again just fall off.

I am keeping the unit in an old cable clamp bag so if separated the bits will be in the bag and I know to keep a close eye on it.

Otherwise the unit is made of a moulded plastic case.
Standard wiring and air cable about which little can be said.

Tyre valve connection is an alloy of some sort and smaller than others I have used.

Instructions useless so if I did not know how to use it, it could be dangerous through under / over pressure being applied

Viewing window for numbers small.

ACCURACY QUESTIONABLE as numbers put in tyre differ, tyre to tyre when compared to vehicle computer readings.

Not back lit and hard to make out figures.

Torch lights but very dim.

Very noisy.

Weight as expected for this type of product

Overall, it got me out of a jam because of quick delivery but I would not buy it again nor recommend it to anyone.

I initially bought this item because I believed my other tire inflator pump was broken.However on further inspection it was my 12v power socket (cigarette lighter socket) that was faulty a fuse had gone .On finding this out I decided to return this tire inflator as I have no use for it . I am sure it’s a good product and it will do the job it was intended to do and I will bear this in mind should I wish to purchase one again in the future.

Falls apart after being used twice

So disappointed with this.
Looks really good, but VERY slow to inflate. Not really an issue for me, as wasn't in a rush on the two times I did use it.
However, when I used it for the 3rd time (and I was only putting air into one tyre on each of the previous uses), then the head which goes onto the tyre just fell apart!
I'm fairly practical, so tried to re-assemble - no chance.
So, completely useless and, because you only get a month to return this to Amazon, then you are just left with a lump of plastic, with the only option to throw it away.
If I had been giving it some serious hammer, then I'd have still been a little disappointed, but could have (sort of) understood it - but 3 tyres, a month apart between us??? Come on, what a complete waste of money.
So disappointed.

Uncalibrated and NOT EVEN SLIGHTLY ACCURATE. Stated I had 19psi in my tyre when it was actually 36psi.. imagine if id inflatedit to what the meter said was 30!!!

Probably ok if you have a newish car with pressure sensors but otherwise AVOID
