Amazing product!

After reading mixed reviews I decided to purchase and try it out myself. I have micro bond hair extensions and also colour my hair and this was recommended by my hairdresser. I love it! The scent is lovely and my hair is tangle free and shiny! Great value for money as you only need a small amount! I definitely will purchase again!

Trying to get a refund on this awful conditioner AVOID at all costs.

This conditioner is absolutely awful and terriblely overpriced, I'm going to do my best to get my money back because I feel absolutely ripped off.

The scent and sensation of this conditioner is awful and feels cheap, it has a extremely strong smell of peppermint very similar to original source peppermint body wash, which I dislike as it feels cheap. It also has gives your scalp a burning sensation similar to peppermint products. WHERE DOES IT SAY PEPPERMINT ON THIS LISTING OR ON THE BOTTLE.

The product is also made in the USA so made to completely different standards that wouldn't pass in Europe, still contains bad products for your hair despite the "Vegan" label.

The item isn't as described correctly on amazon, I won't be buying this shampoo or conditioner again.

honestly thought id bought a dodge bottle ! awful smell and instantly washed it out. After some research on the Pureology site it seems the smell and insane tingling are part of of the product and it was legit.

If you liked the mint body wash that exploded mint onto your body and insane tingling on your scalp then this is the product for you! otherwise stay clear

My hairdresser recommended this to me after she had coloured my hair. I was sceptical because of the price point but actually this stuff is great! The bottle is small but having shoulder length hair you really do need only a 2 pence sized dollop of shampoo and conditioner and my hair feels soft, moisturised and shiny. The only downside is the smell, it’s really not my cup of tea but it’s not bad. Definitely worth the money.

I have long, thick, dry hair. Not bothered about the scent - smells of mint (not the same scent as the matching shampoo), but don't notice it once my hair is dry, and boy, does this leave my hair in great condition! Super soft, but still very easy to manage, shiny and glossy. Definitely my new go-to conditioner. Very impressed!

I used both the shampoo and conditioner version of this item and liked the way my hair felt afterwards. It was more manageable and less fly away and frizzy, with a better shine and longer lasting condition, which meant I could extend the period between washes. I liked it and will get it again.

If you have bleached hair, dry, breaks easily and quiet thick you will love the conditioner. Very moisturising and my hair has grown so much in the past 3 months since using it. My hair has been the healthiest it’s ever been.
I switch between shampoos mainly using the Moroccan oil one, the Fenola no more yellow to tone and Olaplex number 07 bonding oil.

Please do not waste your money on this conditioner, it is awful. I’ve only used it once (tonight) so I’m not sure if it even makes my hair soft or hydrated but nevertheless the scent and the sensation of this conditioner is very unpleasant. I am now left with a burning sensation on my scalp due to the peppermint extract in the product which in my opinion is not what I want my hair to be smelling like. I hope I can get a refund for this product as I am very unsatisfied.

I’m so disappointed.

Firstly the price at the time I added to basket was different at check out, not only that but the shampoo came cracked at the bottom with product oozing out as well as dry product stuck to the bottle.

The label has also been scratched and damaged.

So disgusting.

How is anybody meant to use this ?? Unhygienic.
