And it's much better suited, she was very kind and would pass information onto the design team. Excellent customer service. And in future should I need a new bag, I will certainly be a returning customer. And I will be sure to share info on this bag to other dog walkers I meet.

A friend brought these from Amazon as a twin pack which I couldn't find, but think represented better value as one of theirs has failed (the drawstring broke) within a few weeks.

Whilst the shell of the bag seems well constructed, the lining / drawstring is coming unstitched after 10 days (30 walks).

A shame because it's a good size, and comfortable to wear. Suspect it will last a couple of months, so better than an initial alternate purchase from a well known retail pet store chain which last three days before coming apart at the seams.

Time will tell.

In fairness to Vivaglory they did reach out after the initial review and offer a replacement.

The bag at 5 months old is usable but disappointing, which is a real shame as it's one of the best designs and sizes I've tried.

I had the lining / drawstring re-stictched at a dry cleaners whilst in Keswick. Sadly shortly afterwards the riveted grommet which holds the drawstring and "compression tube" in place failed. As can be seen from the picture the outer seam is also fraying at the bottom corner.

The bag has been used twice a day most days, so maybe I have unrealistic expectations but I was expecting a year's use before having to replace it, which seems unlikely. A bit more attention to quality control could make this sn unbeatable product, but they're not there yet.

I like everything about this treat pouch except that the internal lining came away from the bag making it unusable. Looks like the fabric was too flimsy and tore away from the stitching. This seems to be a common problem with cheap dog treat pouches.

I would not recommend this product. At first I thought it was OK as it is a good size and made it easy to access the treats and poo bags. However within the first week the eyelet holding the drawstring in place broke, annoying but not a huge deal as still useable. Then within the first month the inner fabric has disintegrated to the point where it is no longer attached to the outer shell. It is now unusable and I wish I spent a little more for a reliable product rather than this which is destined for landfill after only a few uses.

Initial impression was very good but when starting to fill it, the rubber dispenser had been sewn on the right side to where it should be so no access on the right and a cross shaped hole where it should have been on the left. I needed it asap so I've unpicked it and placed it on the right where the rubber circle should be but this meant additional sewing where the mesh had ripped the left. A poor start to using something new! If I wasn't using it straight away, I would have sent it back. Will see if it is durable otherwise...

Lining split after a few uses but seller replaced foc. Great seller. Haven’t given in 4 stars yet as want to see how long replacement lasts. The pouch on the side could be a bit bigger. I carry a small IDentity spray when wss as liking my dog’s but it doesn’t fit in the side pouch. I know the pouch is for a clicker but would be handy if a bit bigger for multiple uses

Bought this at the start of dog training and within one month the material has failed around the draw close area when cord pulled to close top so unfortunately not fit for purpose. Will attempt to claim refund if I can figure out how to contact seller as doesn’t appear to be an option on orders page.

There’s nothing I dislike about it.,
It does exactly what it’s meant to do hold treats, even enough room to hold a tennis ball or a training throw dummy, draw string top if needed, it even holds poo bags in the back. Great quality it has a clip to hold on to jeans or whatever and there is also a strap for round waist which slides through the loop where the clip is, then the strap clips together. Not to bulky.

This is a great dog treat bag. The opening is large. I have XL glove size hands and my hand fits in with ease. The waiste strap that comes with this is great as from experience if you use the belt clip only this twists and eventually damages the stitching which then deems the bag useless. Has a little front pocket to store things in like pooh bags etc.
