I do not know anything about this company or product other than waking up and having a new order showing on my amazon account and funds taken from my bank account without my permission or knowledge. I did not purchase this nor agree to purchase this nor ever even looked at the insurance being sold.
I had to give a star or it would not let me post this review.

Returned because product is in America.
They haven’t shipped it out yet but started my policy day of purchase.
Refunded.

P.S. it is so annoying how every time I add a product to my basket, Amazon prompts me to buy this nonsense.
As if (reputable) manufacturers don’t have warranties or UK Consumer Law doesn’t exist.

My very generous wife has brought me an iPad 8th Generation 2020 128 Gb iPad for my birthday with screen protection, cover and stylus.
My employer, Protec Fire Co Uk ( pay rise please ) has also just given me an iPad 7th generation 2019 but only 32 Gb unit and locked down so no games.
In my generosity I have fitted Protec’s unit with a paper feel screen cover and I use my non Apple stylus on my companies iPad. The extra insurance will, I hope, cover any mishaps.....
At the end of the day, insurance is insurance, which is a gamble, will it get broken out of guarantee or will I miss the vital exclusion that will provide me with a replacement stylus.
I will update this in 3 years if any of us are left.....🙀
And now back to Corona Virus issues, good health to us all.....👍

It's good Amazon offer this in case the product gets damaged. Although this company emails me the insurance documents after i've purchased, the document doesn't have the product i have insured listed on it. I have purchased more than several insurances from this company so it can take some time to find the right document for the specific product.

I ordered an iphone case and charging cable I never ordered this insurance yet it was included in cost of these articles. These items should not be classed as Office Equipment. I am still awaiting the return of payment of money taken from my account from this insurance company which I made on 20 September 2021.I already have insurance which covers items such as these.Amazon should take this into account instead of including this Insurance on their customers.
