Does what its meant to do with only getting used to wrapping them round your ankles taking a bit of time to get used to.
They're comfy when on a run & give you plenty of support.
Having old injuries & a brake on my ankle going way back I can only say as far as pain relief goes is that no discomfort thus far.

Comfortable but iffy wearing instructions!

This is comfortable. The instructions aren't easy to follow, however I have to be fair that the way I'm wearing it has helped! Suggest the manufacturer uploads a you-tube video. When dealing with injuries you don't want (and can't afford) to get it wrong.

You get a long strip of fabric with a hole for your foot and that's it. The instructions aren't the greatest! With a video it'd be much simpler. Apart from that, it's good.

I have recently pulled my ankle ligaments whilst running and have had to use crutches for a while so was desperate to return to running however I was worried about going over again in my ankle as it still does not feel as strong, I searched through many products and reviews until I came across this one. It is so comfortable and the support is great I immediately felt at ease when it was fitted and confident to go for my first run since my injury. At first glance it looks confusing to fit however easy to follow instructions really helped. I would definitely recommend this product I got some advice from my doctor before returning to training.

I bought these the same time as a pair of socks which do the same job.
Found them to be extremely comfortable still fit a pair of socks over the top.
These were to help support my ankle were I broke my leg in two places just above my ankle.
Easy to use, comfortable, would highly recommend and purchase again if I wanted more.

Long story short I've had plantar fascitis for about a year; which is both debilitating and somewhat soul crushing.

To make matters worse the affected foot has started to exhibit secondary symptoms, best described as arthritic. (Probably caused by a year of compensated walking.)

I have tried:
Shoe inserts
Compression socks
Machines that send pulses
The various exercises (though never as often as I should).

Essentially, pretty much everything that didn't involve steroid injections!

Then I bought this item - and the effect has been pretty miraculous.

My plantar is greatly reduced (one week in) and my mobility restored to something resembling my former existence. I still have the secondary symptoms but they too are better and helped by wearing the strap.

It's reasonably easy to put on and after a few days you get the hang of it.

I was staring down a fairly miserable road of pain and shuffling, now there's definitely hope that I can recover.

Yay me.

I love this ankle support. This is the one I have been looking for and I have tried quite a few! I wear it over my socks and it works perfectly. Extremely comfortable and you can adapt it to be as tight as you want it to be. Takes a while to get used to strapping it up, but once you get it, then it’s easy. I can now run without the fear of getting ankle strains. This ankle support has literally allowed me to continue running. I love how I can strap it so I can still fit into any my shoes without additional tightness too. It’s perfect!

After a minor accident resulting in a severe sprain and trouble walking I decided to try this support out. I have suffered from OA in knees and ankles for years, hyper mobility has caused several sprains and ligament damage and a lot of pain! Until now, I wish I had bought these earlier. They are so easy to wrap around, very comfortable and super flexible. I have tried many different support since a young age due to different sports but this one is by far the best I have had. And 1 pair for less than a tenner? Bargain!

I have weak ankles, always have done. Over the last couple of years my knees have deteriorated badly to the point of needing a knee replacement at some stage for the left knee. Combined with the weak ankles walking became agony. I now strap up my right ankle before any long(er) walks and it alleviates the pain in the ankle at least! Because I feel more stable overall the impact on the knees is also lessened. It's quite easy to put on and the velcro strap is very strong, just be mindful not to pull the band too tight (as I have done and learnt not to). I will give the other strap to my 80 year old mother, having just one is enough for me. If there was a similar strap for knees I'd buy that too. I have a massive brace that is just too horrid to wear.

I bought these as I am recovering from a broken ankle and ligament damage. The straps are amazing, they provide great support to my ankles and are extremely comfortable. I was struggling to walk any significant distance without pain and instability but now can manage much better. As someone who is constantly running from place to place and around the house you can probably imagine how much of a pain a swollen painful ankle is (fitness injury). I don't really have time to stop and keep my foot elevated all day. 5 days of still having a swollen ankle I brought this- what can I say but instant relief!! I have had it on all day so far and it has helped massively. I can also use it to work out it which is great as it is flexible. 100% purchase this if you are looking for an ankle support. It isn't a splint if that is what you are after but it does support the ankle and bottom of your foot.
