Made a huge and quick difference!

Full 5 stars from me to this ankle support strap. In my individual case it made a huge and almost immediate difference. A few weeks ago I missed the step and badly twisted my ankle. It was swollen and painful for days, getting worse at night, especially when I had to be on my feet and walking during the day. Wearing the strap very quickly reduced the swelling and held my ankle together allowing to walk comfortably and with no pain. You can see the difference: first picture - the evening before wearing the support, the last picture - two days later in the morning. The strap is easy to put on, easy to adjust if you feel it’s too tight or too loose. It doesn’t restrict your movements, though you might need a wider shoes. You can wear it straight on you skin, or on top of the thin sock. So, if your case is similar to mine I would highly recommend to give it a try.

I bought it for supporting my ankle while trail running. I was initially skeptical that a stretchy ankle brace would be able to prevent my ankle from rolling over but after reading the reviews decided to give it a try.

Some background: I have been wearing ankle guards for sports for 25 years so I think I am fairly proficient in assessing the usefulness of an ankle guard. I have used everything from traditional slip on ankle guards that compress and hug your ankle tightly, to fully braced ankle guard with laces and side straps. I've taped my ankles with strapping tape for support to continue playing after an ankle sprain, so I hope I know what I'm talking about.

These straps do not provide any support at all. By all means use it to compress a swollen ankle after an ankle sprain, it might work for that only purpose. How ever I strap it around my ankle, it was loose and provided no support to prevent my ankle from rolling over. I tried strapping it tighter, but it's very stretchy nature, as well as smooth surfaces work against it by slipping over itself, providing no bracing at all. Returned it, not disappointed because I kind of expected it, but thought it was worth a try after reading all the good reviews on it.

Fantastic ankle support
I have torn my achilles tendon and it's been very painful and very swollen for weeks it's stopped me doing so much stuff...I wish I'd bought one of these weeks ago ..for just over £6 if it only lasts a week I don't care.
I'll quite happily pay £6 a week to be almost pain free when I'm working.
I ordered another the day after I first wore this one.
Better than any other support type I'd tried from the doctor.

After snapping a ligament in his ankle, my partner was in a huge amount of pain with bruising and swelling. We tried a compression bandage at first which was okay but didnt reduce the swelling, only relieving a little of the pain. I found this after researching a number of options. On reading reviews I was hopeful and can honestly say it was the best thing I did. We used this alongside crutches for the first 4 weeks of recovery. He then continued to wear it whilst exercising his muscles around his ankle. It helped to support without restricting movement and he was able to walk (ish) after week 6. He is still in pain (12 weeks on) but the brace has reduced all swelling and is supporting him in daily movement. He won't be running any races but when he's able this will support him doing sports again too.

Great ankle support brace. I bought this due to suffering with severe sciatica which causes nerve pain in my ankle and the muscle and joint to become painful. This brace gives great support, easy to put on (see pictures for instructions in the photos of product) It's nice and soft, so doesn't run the skin, can be worn under or over your socks, and it's stretchy to fit a wide range of sizes, and is elasticated to be able to adjust to your preferred tightness. IV worn this at night as well when it's really bad so is very comfy. I also suffer with Ehlers Danlos-Hypermobility Syndrome which causes my musclesz ligaments, tissues, joints etc to be over stretchy and not very supported, so my ankles can roll to the side easily, so this also give my ankle joint some support with that condition too. IV also just tested my idea and you can also use it as a wrist strap brace, as the oval loop that you normally put your foot through to secure it to your foot, you can put you thumb through it and then wrap round your hand and wrist for wrist support too, so can be versatile too. It has velcro to fasten it as firmly as you want. Great item and highly recommend.
(I gave 5* for comfort and pain relief, but haven't given stars for sports because I've not tested it out for that use) but I feel it would be 5* for sports too as it's very adjustable and supportive and comfortable with all the points listed above etc. Delivered quickly on time as stated.

I bought these because I suffer from planta fasciitis, in the hope they would ease my walking. Firstly they arrived next day from Amazon - thanks - and were very well packaged. The bands are extremely strong and the quality of the Velcro fastening is superb. The bands are I would think long enough regardless of your foot size, and can be easily adjusted to apply the desired pressure. All round an excellent purchase and highly recommended.

I stacked it, in a fairly major way, on my bike about 6 weeks ago with the worst damage on my left leg. Then, when I was able to hobble about a bit, a few weeks later, I then almost broke a toe on my right foot when I was in the garden - getting away with just badly bruising it, thankfully. However, this meant that as I recover (still not quite there) my legs are weaker than usual and I need some more support - especially in my ankles as they’re taking most of the strain because the way I walk has changed to try minimise the stress on my injuries. These looked like they would help out, and I ordered a pair. They are easy to put on - once you’ve done it the first time, it’s simple - and you can pull them to fit as tightly as you need. They are currently giving me good compression and support and really helping me out as I get back to full fitness. I haven’t had a chance to use them on a workout, for obvious reasons, but will do once I’m fit again and my gym re-opens - hopefully soon!

I have had occasion to try a multitude of different products to alleviate my Plantar Fasciitis, with varying levels of success, but this has to be the best product by a country mile and then some. I had previously tried many different compression socks, insoles, splints etc rhat have provided some degree of relief or support, but never enough of both together. That has now changed, the ability to adjust this to my own requirements means that I can add the most comfortable levels of comfort and compression to suit the situation or pain level. The product is extremely well made with quality materials and should last longer than I need. I am overjoyed that I have discovered this product and would recommend it to any body suffering with Plantar Fasciitis or just wanting additional support to the foot and amkle.

Badly sprained ankle a couple of weeks ago, an ankle that I had previously damaged badly (not broken).
I had to return too work earlier than would’ve been recommended but the bruising had subsided. However the swelling was slow to reduce. Purchased the ankle brace, and was very pleased with the almost immediate effect. Firstly it was non intrusive inside a working boot, as well as a lighter smarter work shoe. Secondly the feel of support around a damaged but healing (🤞) angling was reassuring. Finally it can be as tight or relaxed as you choose around your ankle during the recovery period. Definitely recommended.

As a podiatrist, I bought a number of different ankle supports to help a 97 yr old lady with severe ankle pronation which has caused very painful arthritis and wear and tear on the bones. The pain was ruining her life as she was very fearful of walking as it caused more pain, and would never consider going on a slope.
