These do work!

I have a father who has spinal discs removed and arthritis in his hips. My mother suffers with chronic scoliosis and finds it very difficult to walk and suffers with chronic pain in the lower spine. I bought some of these patches and they willingly allowed me to stick on on each of them where the pain was located. Both felt relief after about 30 mins and they felt more at ease for most of the day. My overall rating is 4* however because these patches don't stick all that well.

Wow these heat patches are total rubbish, I’ve had warmer cold showers. Really poor don’t waste your money. They simple don’t get warm. The only good thing about was the adhesive. I wouldn’t recommend this product at all.

Meh for pain relief but perhaps OK as a winter warmer.

Important to note that unlike the neck+shoulder version from the same manufacturer these ones shouldn't be stuck to your skin - they need to be attached to clothing such as a shirt or t-shirt, and on the outside.

This makes it really hard to position the patch over the pain, as the clothing will keep moving around.

So for pain relief I reckon these are a bit rubbish. HOWEVER.... I think I'll hang on to them because they'll be excellent stuck inside a coat on a winter's day.

Oh, and they take about half an hour to get going but then they stay warm for AGES!

I’ve tried various heat patches and they’ve usually been very good but I found these a disappointment. Not sure whether it’s because they are for adhering to clothing or not but they don’t actually get that warm so I didn’t find them that good for pain relief.

You need to stick this to clothes or something protecting your skin. So unless you stick it to something tight to your body the effect is limited. Adhesion is fair heat time is reasonable but be prepared to hold it against the source of pain to work properly

Honestly having bought courage at before and had brilliant effects, particularly from the dual pads I was a little disappointed. They don’t generate the same amount of heat as the dual pads. They don’t really stick on well in terms of you have one chance to stick to material and if you don’t do it correctly first time, it looses it stickiness. They do a job but haven’t really taken away the pain in the same way as previously. Also you can’t stick these to body only clothes but can with other cura heat pads

I like those patches and they really relief pain, however there is one major problem.
Those patches are not really adhesive, I just use them for the night, as they are uncomfortable to wear during the day.

I Like This Product a Lot But.........

Having purchased this product before, I can confirm its adhesion ( stick on clothes version ) is very high and heat level is maintained for many hours . There is however a big big drawback concerning what is now the selling price. As previously stated I rate the product highly and that is why I made the purchase but the price level has leapt from the 4th December 2020 level of £4.67 to an astounding £ £7.99 by early January 2021. I am afraid I will not make further purchases of this item and will try very hard to find an alternative.
