I've only purchased this once from Amazon as I normally buy Regina XXL, unfortunately, this was out of stock so I opted for the next best alternative which was this Plenty kitchen towel.
There's a marked difference between Plenty and Regina, and that is the strength of Plenty, it's far more stronger than Regina, much stronger actually, it doesn't tear in your hands, even when they're completely soaked. However this strength is let down by the absorbency of Plenty, it isn't as good as Regina. I tend to use extra kitchen towel as a result which then doesn't make this cost effective.
Another difference is the width, Plenty is small than Plenty, immediately noticeable when I hung it on my kitchen roll holder.
So even though Plenty advertise the fact that it's really absorbent, I wouldn't take that as gospel, they're probably comparing their own product with a cheap tacky alternative that disintegrates as soon as it's touched!
Overall, I would still buy this again, purely down to its strength, not absorbency, and only if Regina is out of stock again on Amazon!
