Clean more than teeth

Received my purchase yesterday though I would give it a try this morning 😁 so made sure it was changed topped it up with water all excited for trying this new toy out put it on the low setting And pressed the power button. 😬 well it definitely works bathroom ceiling is clean, ok let’s try again this time put it in my mouth before pushing the power button and we are off, 😁 omg I’m cleaning the mirror shower curtain and the wall😩 ok one last try so check the settings check the water put in mouth press powder button yes I think I got this at last. 😳 no wrong again 😫 I’m drowning remove it from my mouth spend 10 minutes choking 🤭 forgot to turn the power off now the whole bathroom is clean or at least wet😧. ok I think I need to clean up before I try it one last time mop at the ready (🤔 I have never mopped a ceiling before ) well all cleaned and ready to try again got to get this been at this for 20 minutes now it can’t be that hard ok top up water check settings put in mouth press power button and we are off 😬 ok remember to turn power off before removing from mouth and don’t do it for to long or I will drown so far so good 😊 I think I got it at last 😂😁 nooo I got a little to confident choking water everywhere 😩 I forgot the power button dam it 😑 that’s it time to mop the ceiling again then I quit 😳. Hold on my teeth feel so clean ok quick dry the mirror and 😃 omg it had not only choked me cleaned my whole bathroom but it has got rid of that stain on my tooth that I have been trying to clean away for years ( I have one tooth that is a little yellow) 😁😁 got to say I love my new toy 🤣🤣

Absolutely awful - stopped working after a couple of months

+ cheap
- poor build quality. Water started leaking from the chamber and there was no water pressure coming from the nozzle
- the handle is so slippery when wet. The plastic did not have any texture to make it easier to hold
- the pressure can be very high (when it was working!) and there is no safety feature to avoid accidental turn on
- the nozzles it comes with are difficult to put on and take off
- the water chamber is designed so that the tube collecting water doesn't always collect from the entire chamber, the tube goes to the end of the chamber so at certain angles it just tries to pump air instead

Tbh I really wish I never got this item and just paid double for something that would last. Learn from my mistake, avoid this item.

Great water jet power. Really does a good job. However it has experienced an issue 5 months in.

An alternative to flossing and using tepees, I am very happy with this product. The water reservoir is easily refilled and the application of the nozzle along the teeth is easily achieved after a couple of times. Very happy with the strength of the jet, which is able to clean teeth between the gum line really well, far superior to regular flossing (or indeed in addition to flossing).
The softer setting is idea for massaging the gums and the normal setting is great to clean between the teeth. Great results.
I asked my dentist about the effectiveness of these oral irrigators and it appears some dentists advise it whilst others seem to think they are not that helpful. Having used regular floss for oral hygiene.
I definitely recommend this device as the results, in my opinion, are superior than regular floss alone.

I bought this product in July 20, whilst the product was great initially, it all of a sudden stopped working in December 20. At first I thought perhaps it wasn't charged - none of the lights were working, I plugged it in, and it didn't activate the usual charge light. Then all of a sudden the charge light started working. I left it on charger for a couple of hours - tried again after - but the unit was completely dead and couldn't get it to switch on any more at all.
The unit hasn't been travelling anywhere (because of Covid) so hasn't been bashed about in luggage - it's just been sat in our bathroom with regular use - around 3-4 times a week.
Whilst initially it was very good - I rated it at 5 stars, I've had to downgrade it to 3 now as it is no longer working just 5 months of use. Amazon have luckily credited the item for me and I have had to buy a new one. Perhaps I was just unlucky and the battery just didn't last as intended.

Mouth jet wash!

Having used an expensive 'branded' water pic for the past 5 years i am not new to water flossers.
My aging flosser was getting tempremental so decided it was time to go cordless.
This unit has 3 settings, the lowest is to powerful imo.
My old flosser has variable power 1 to 10 on a dial meaning everybidy can use it comfortably.
This units 'soft' setting is way to powerful it actually stings the gums and cheeks and a couple of time have caused pain followed by blood!
The softest setting is probably 8 out of 10 on my water pic!
Fine if you want this kind of power and have rubber gums!
Even the instructions warn there may be blood!
The other ptlroblem is you need to be careful how you hold it as the controls are easily pressed and if the high button is pressed then you may wave goodbye to you tonsils!
It's cheap but as is usual you get what you pay for.
It's usable but with caution.
I am going to modify the unit by widening the pin prick hole in the nozzle to decrease the power slightly.
If this works and it's reliable i would be happy to increase my opinion.
So if your mouth is a little sensitive i suggest you procceed with caution, or, spend more on a quality branded water pic with many settings to accomodate all scenario's.

Been using water flossers for over a year since i got braces on. I find it much easier to get inbetween brackets & wires. ive been using the spotlight water flosser which is a great size, v easy to use, compact. my only issue has been the battery which spotlight have been amazing and replaced twice while under warranty. With the warranty up i decided to go for a different brand. To start off its twice the size ( bigger isnt always better) v bulky and harder to handle. not ideal for bringing away. The cleaning modes are v good for a deep clean but from size alone its awkward to manouver & handle.

I bought this to replace my old one,
straightaway I preffered this one as it is quite and has a good tank. My last one was black and showed up all the timescale and dirt.
This one is easy to keep clean and stays looking nice.
The flosser has 3 operation modes
Pluse, Normal and soft
I personally like pulse as you get into a routine and stops you needing to rush as it can get through the water quite quickly.
I like thay it came with 4 replaceable nozzles so that you can either share this or have replacements. I personally have one sitting in sanitised and the other ready to use and switch between them after each use.
seems little tempermental at times but fit works ok.

Has a very silly issue

The ON button is so high up that when you just want to hold it to move it to somewhere else if you hold it above the button ( we all hold it there) the water splashes you into the face. It’s not just me but everyone else who uses it said the same thing. I believe the design needs to be rethought. Otherwise it does the job. But switching on everywhere it’s not a cool thing.

It took ages for me to get it to work, I was just about to give up and send it back.
It is very powerful but this causes it to be very tricky to use. The water is pushed out with such force my bathroom was soaked by the end. No matter how much you try to cup your mouth, in order to reach your back teeth you have to open your mouth and the water just goes everywhere. The water also runs out very quickly. I had to refill numerous times.
I don’t know if it will be worth it in the long run as it’s made me not want to do it again because of the faff.

Messy/not easy for me

While it it seems to do the cleansing well in ridding caught-in food residue after brushing, I still struggle to use this device, finding it messy and too powerful apart from when set on the softer setting. Still persevering though to hopefully avoid gum inflammation leading to periodontitis.
