The plasters have fairly good adhesion and will last the day. Though they are waterproof, repeated use in water (washing hands, paddling pool) will cause them to come off; splash resistant is probably a better way to describe them.
In terms of comfort, they are somewhat ‘plasticy’ and therefore less pliable. So they are not very good on joints, particularly fingers.
There are several sizes in the box for all the usual cuts and scrapes. There are only two main colours, red and yellow, and have simple animal designs. The design is sufficient to keep a 5 year old happy.
We've not had incidents with allergic reactions to either the plaster or adhesive, though we do suffer from certain allergies in general.
In all, for the price point these are good for the occasional cut and scrape.
Of note, we initially received a box that had previously been opened and missing a few plasters. We assume this was returned by the customer and then not thoroughly checked before being restocked. However, Amazon was very quick to correct this by sending a new box at no additional charge.
