I bought this to go to blue lagoon in iceland because I wanted to take my phone in with me and still be able to swim.
And let me tell you, this did not disappoint. I used the pouch bag and my phone stayed dry the entire time. I was able to swim, completely submerge the pouch in water and didn’t have to hold my phone above the water the entire time (like some other people I saw). The seals for the pouch did get a bit tricky after a while and I wasn’t really able to close them all properly, but I think that’s because of all the salt and minerals in the lagoon. And to be honest, at one point I just gave up with the seals entirely and rolled and velcroed the top and it still stayed dry. So yes I would 1000% recommend this product!!!

This breaks my heart
I am a size 18 and the belt to your product doesn't fit
People come in all shapes and sizes and would like yo do these sports without being humiliated
Your belt is an extendable belt do I can not understand whynit doesn't extend to further when clearly the resources are already there but would imagine a few extra pence for a few CM is past what you design...
Well for me I am mortified at the experience when about yo use this and it doesn't fit!!!
You can NEVER understand my feelings and will spare you from the hurt this has caused.
However I would like this fed back to ALL customer consumer parties to understand the sheer dissatisfaction or me purchasing this product as a gift to myself to get back wild swimming after a menral breakdown..
YOU have NO idea how upsetting this is and feeling strongly to make you aware that
1 - size should NOT matter (what is a few xtra inch, in manufacturing)
2 - you should not devise size ( we are all human and have the right to have accessibility to all products no matter what)
3 - you should care about your clienteles needs and you should care more about what people need and take in to consideration that FAT people also enjoy activity that the neandatholic people of the world can not understand.. however to be discriminated against really discraces you as a company
Your disregarded and disrespect for humans & there feelings is way beyond belief !!!

Bought this as I lost my previous one on holiday. It worked well especially giving me the comfort of protecting your phone and belonging.

I’ve used the neck pouch at the local swimming pool it really protected my phone.

It’s well made and give me the comfort needed.

Made with good quality material. Don’t think it would leak through easily, can’t wait to take it too Dubai water park.

Having searched for a while for a decent yet reasonably priced waterproof/dry bag, I came across this product. Having read a few reviews it seemed a good purchase and so I ordered.

The product came with a couple of days (impressive as I live in the Channel Islands) and upon unboxing, the product was as expected.

I tested the bag out using some paper towels as advised, and actually left the bag submerged for 2 hours by mistake - so it definitely got a good test! Not a single drop of water got in and so I did one final test for 1 hour, and this too successfully passed the test.

Next, it was on to test it in the real world.

Being an avid shallow water diver, I usually have no option to take my phone or wallet out with me and have to leave these on shore or in the car, which isn't the safest place to leave valuables. I dive with a small inflatable dinghy/dive board to put any equipment in. I decided this was also where I'd put my waterproof bag containing my phone and wallet. Usually the inside of the board stays dry and so I was hopeful I wouldn't be testing out the level of waterproof-ness of the bag today, however towards the end of my dive and in rougher waters, the bag did end up taking a swim. Fortunately I saw it fall in and so it was only in the water for a number of moments, but upon inspection when returning to shore, the contents were bone-dry and no water had leaked in.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with this product and have bene viewing the Seller's page/website to see if they offer any other products I may find useful (so far I have about 5 other products I'm interested in!).

On a whole I would recommend this bag to anyone needing a very reasonably priced solution to waterproof/dry bags.

I went swimming with this with my phone, wallet - Car keys and house keys inside. (At the beach) Everything stayed totally dry. I would recommend wrapping something around any keys though as I was a bit worried they might poke through and cause a leak and had to readjust - but even some paper towel around them would remedy that.

The Waterproof pouch and phone case are really good, I tested it in the sink before use as it suggests in the instructions and it was completely water-tight. The material feels like it will last a while too. Very well made, I am impressed for the price! I'm also really looking forward to taking some underwater shots with my phone, since you can still use your phone screen through the plastic pouch. Great items :)

I have only been using this for 2 months. The plastic which covers the screen has already split. Thank God it wasn't in water at the time it split or else my phone would be ruined and all my data lost! Don't risk it. I can't even send it back as the return window has closed.

I took my Samsung Galaxy S20 on a watersports holiday with this and used it to allow me to take photos above the water. It survived experiences like jumping 30ft from a waterfall. Photos taken through the case were lower quality than without it, but still pretty good. Main issue is that the neck lanyard is a bit poorly made and the clip that allowed it to be adjusted failed quickly, but could be easily replaced. I am pleased with my purchase.

Waterproof pouch is excellent for keeping any valuables dry when going in water. It's really big, I fit my phone, kindle, purse and headphones in. Was really useful when travelling alone and didn't want to leave valuables unattended. The phone case is great to keep phone dry and useful lanyard to keep it secure but if using to take photos they come out blurry, usual for most cases of this kind though

This product is amazing… something that cost very little but saved me a huge amount. I managed to break the lanyard (no fault of the product as had changed it) the pouch fell to the bottom of a tidal river, about 10 meters down. And in a busy boating river. Despite a good search there was little hope of finding it and I had no only given up hope of finding but if I was lucky enough there is little chance the pouch would have remained waterproof. Fast forward 20+ hours and a friend happened to find it, on the banks of the river at low tide some 70 meters from where I lost it. I had lent expected the items to work but was pleased to have it back. I opened the pouch and not only had my iPhone 11 remained in tact, dry and fully operational, but so to had my car key. Saving me not only the cost of a replacement phone, but also and expensive key replacement. I cannot fault this product enough - just wish it had some buoyancy!!! Lol 🤣
