Dry and itchy scalp relief (finally)!

After trying many different products to sooth my itchy, dry and flaky scalp I’ve finally found one that works! After the first shampoo my scalp felt a touch better. After the third shampoo my flakes and itchy patches had calmed down and I’m no longer embarrassed when I wear dark tops. I would say that this shampoo is better for dandruff from dry rather than oily scalps. The only downside is that my ends are dry. If you have split ends I would recommend a heavy conditioner to help with this.

New formula, doesn't work

I'm a bit disappointed by this product. I used to buy this before they changed the formula. Shame, as the old one was very good. Actually nice on my hair and helped my itchy and flaky scalp, which I get from time to time. This is different and soeant seem to be doing anything. It cleanses hair quite well because of SLS, but doesn't condition it like the old one did. Also didn't help to get rid of flaking and itchiness. I wouldn't recommend it. If I just wanted a strong cleansing shampoo I can get one much cheaper.

I have very fine & dry hair. Been using a lot of Aveda and Kérastase shampoos, but I prefer to switch things up from time to time. My hair tends to get really flat when I've been using the same shampoo for too long.

The price is amazing for this one, much cheaper than other brands. It works great with my hair, I feel like I'm losing less hair from dryness after a few washes. I do prefer to use some hair condition after this shampoo tho.

Having had a scalp problem for a long time was delighted to see "Neutrogena" anti dandruff for dry hair on the Amazon web site. AND having used it for a week or two can state it is working, the dreadful dry scalp and hair loss is easing and along with what I feel is a natural leave in conditioner both in 3wks are making a huge difference. I will continue using this and if possible then use Neutrogena normal shampoo if it's available with this in between. I used the normal without problems many years ago but it seems hard to get locally. I believe I am allergic to something in other shampoo's and am trying to find and eliminate the
culprit. Very happy with packaging and delivery thanks Amazon.

I wouldn't say this was soft as it removes all the gunk from your hair so it is intense it is lovely the scent is amazing and I have not had a flake in my hair since using (along with rinsing my hair in cold water after washing) honestly recommend it to anyone with dandruff

After living with a bit of an itchy scalp for wayyyy more than I should have done I thought I'd have a look at why this may be. I can often have sensitive skin to fabric conditioners etc so thought I'd switch from generic shower gel to this. Itching has now gone. Hair smells amazing. I love using it. Great find.

Bought this as I started with scaly patches on the back of my head/neck area,felt less itchy,and after a few wks has basically gone ,for me it makes my hair really soft, not what i was expecting as whilst using it hair felt a little straw like ,I noticed how soft it felt as I was rinsing my usual conditioner out,the scent is lovely and fresh, fruity,definitely getting again

I use this product because I have a dry, sensitive scalp. I do not suffer from dandruff but find that this is the only product that stops my scalp from flaking. It is gentle, has a great smell, a good lather and cleans nicely. A large bottle lasts me about a month to six weeks and I wash my hair every 2 days. This is the only shampoo I use now.
