The wire is durable and it’s pocket sized for travelling, you will need a plug you can put the usb into!

After my previous review they were quick to contact me and replace previous faulty items, they have been very polite and courteous and quick to respond.

The chargers I’ve now received have all been tested with both iPad and iPhone and all three are currently working well for the past 24 hours, doing exactly what is needed!

I had these charging cables delivered on the 11th July 2021, a week ago and they are fraying already. I work from home, so I’m not working in a harsh environment, just my study. I’ve only used one out of a set that I purchased. I definitely won’t be Purchasing these “braided” type charging cables again.

Plus update, nearly (1) month after purchase. My iphones are having trouble charging, at first i though my charging ports were dirty, but now I realize that the charging cable contacts are failing, buy!

I’m really not one to review but I have to when something like this happens. It’s expected a charger like this may conk out after a few months of usage, but straight out of the pack it doesn’t even work. Firstly, it kept falling out of the phone socket. Then it did the classic stop charging while plugged in, as a cable tends to do on their way out. And, when it was working, the phone wasn’t actually going up in battery and actually ended up going down by a percentage at one point. Really wouldn’t waste your money on this... I will be returning. Appearance wise they look fine but it’s by far the worst quality charging cable I’ve bought and doesn’t even work.

An impressive pack of cables

Well, I did a silly thing. Whilst hoovering the dining room carpet (in 'brush' mode) I accidentally ran over an Apple charger cable that my wife had attached to her iPhone. Ended up scalping the damn thing - the vacuum cleaner actually removed the plastic coating on the cable to reveal the inner metal wires, not a pretty sight!

In recompense, I promised my wife a new, better cable. I spent a lot of my valuable time scouring the Amazon site, before deciding that for the price and quality on offer, this 3-pack from the Ankoda brand offered the best deal. I like that these are braided in such a way that makes them durable and potentially long-lasting. The connectors fit nice and firmly into our phones and charging adaptors, and I think that their one metre length makes them practical for most applications. I ordered the attractive black & silver ones, though you can get them in just a silver finish if you so prefer.

Opting for these was a no-brainer really. If you're seeking to purchase a set of charger cables for your various Apple devices then look no further - buy a 3-pack of these and you'll be as happy as a pig in mud!

I bought these charging cables after being persistently being disappointed by the cheaper variety you find in the stores. These are significantly greater in every single way. There are three in a of the USB wires in the pack and they look and feel a like first-class product. They all charge my devices (iPad and iPhone with a lightening port) and work just as well if not better than the original wire that came with the devices. Both charging and data transfer works flawlessly and is both highspeed and dependable. The wires are highly durable, and the fact the cable is wrapped with a nylon fabric adds to it longevity. A truly high quality product which is well worth the money.

Not one out of these 3 works. My phone will be plugged in and it will either not charge or have the charging symbol displayed with no physical charge! You're better off going to your local pound shop and buying one of theirs. Conveniently the seller didn't get back before the 30 days, even though they sent an email shortly after the purchase to ask not to leave feedback on amazon and to contact them directly if there was a problem! Thank you for this experience and reminding me that some times, you get what you pay for!

Each cable began to show faults after just a week of use. For the first week they work very well, but begin to deteriorate from there. By week 2, they begin to not register when plugged in unless the plug is taken out and put back in. Then by week 3 the cables refuse to work at all and you have to move onto the next one. All 3 cables were non functioning after just 6 weeks

Decent charge speeds and good value for money.

A little advice that some may find useful included at the bottom of this:

Charges the phone as intended, the outer material braiding is a little bit too flexible and I don't feel it does a great job of protecting the inner wiring so well. Either way, out of the 3 included in the pack:
One is used on my bike phone mount case, This has survived me unplugging and plugging the phone in as well as the phone and bike shaking around during off road trail rides.
One is used by my daughter that is always on her phone and never takes it off charge while she's in the house... This one has lasted longer than most cables so far so an extra point for that.
The third and final one has disappeared into the abyss that's my sons bedroom... Probably never to be seen again.

To sum up, this is definitely worth the price.

Advice for buyers… this isn’t widely known, especially among the general population but it’s a massive issue for lightning connectors… I see a lot of people commenting on the reviews regarding the cables not charging or falling out of the device easily. The main reason this happens on iPhones is compressed pocket lint inside the charger port. The dust/lint from your pocket gets in there, pushes right down to the bottom of the port and eventually builds up so much that the charger is unable to go in far enough to make a good connection. This can be solved by using a pin to scrape inside the very bottom of the charger port while trying to avoid the metal pins in there(stick to the middle and scrape from one side to the other, do this a few times and you should start getting the compressed lint out of the port when you start pulling the pin out with any lint squashed against the sides)
If your iPhone charger doesn’t go in all the way until the plastic is almost touching the connector then there’s a good chance this is your problem and it’s an easy fix whether you do it yourself or as a phone shop to do this for you if you don’t feel confident to do so yourself.
I’ve bought numerous iPhones over the years that were spares/repairs as they didn’t charge or stopped charging mid way through. 90% of these phones were fixed. Just an insight but could potentially help someone in the future.
