Worth the extra money

This is the first time I've purchased more premium brush heads for my Sonicare (previously only using off-brand replacements), and I have to say that the difference is noticeable. The brissle density is higher, the ends are less spikey, and the quality of the head is higher. Would buy again.

Good, but way too expensive

At the time these were the only Philips gum care replacement heads I could find on offer - now there are much cheaper alternatives. Also I don't need a microchip to tell me when to replace a toothbrush head (who does?); it's quite easy to see when the brush looks like a flattened hedgehog and throw it out.

Don't buy! These fall apart within days of use

I bought my second pack of these brush heads with some trepidation as the brushes in my last pack fell apart. I thought I must have just had a bad batch.

Anyway, I bought a second batch and within days of use, the bundles of bristles started to fall out of these as well. The bristles at the back go first and then those at the front rendering the VERY expensive brush head useless.

I know brush heads have a finite life but I would expect these to last longer than a few days each. I'm surprised at Philips who are a brand I would usually trust. I plan to try a different kind of head and if it does the same, I'll change brush. Really disappointing.

I switched from oral-b to Philips and I’m happy with the device itself - the battery lasts forever and it is quite and gentle on my teeth and gums. However, Philips sells these brush heads at a very high price and yet they sell the worst quality brushes because they fall apart quickly - see photo. I kept using them although half of the brush heads have always been missing within a week but I shouldn’t have put up with this.

There are so many dodgy copies, it's a minefield to shop for replacement heads, but I can confirm that the ones I received are genuine Phillips heads.

Often after trying out a new toothbrush design on the Sonicare, I feel elated for the fresh mouth feeling but soon thereafter disappointed to see the brush quickly start to fall apart. This model seems a bit more sturdy, but only time will tell if it was worth spending 8 EUR each on this set.

Really good for me. The original brush that was supplied with the brush was far too hard. This softer brush just perfect for me.
It's made all the difference, and now i love the my toothbrush!

Not as good as the standard ones but perfectly useable.
Packaging is pure torture, it takes me ages to open it up. Not sure the hard plastic packaging is even recyclable.

I needed to do something about my teeth and this answers a lot of need in terms of giving a more effective brush than a manual toothbrush. Purchased on a deal so was great value. The heads can be a bit pricey but they last and I think it is a worthwhile investment to make in oral health.
