Scratch resistant - worth the money

Really easy to put on, fits the screen perfectly so it’s not obvious you have a screen protector, it doesn’t affect the touchscreen and I’ve dropped my phone and my phone screen has never crack nor has the glass protector! Also, if it does brake it comes with two more spares! Really worth the money.

Doesn’t cover the whole screen

I’ve bought JETech screen protectors several times before, for iPad, iPhones 6-8 - they’ve always been great. Strong, long lasting and totally scratch resistant.

But this one for iPhone XR just doesn’t fit well - it just about covers the visible part of the screen, and leaves a big (5mm+) uncovered portion of the glass screen all around the edge of phone (even with a silicone case on).

Sure it’ll prevent scratches appearing on the main part of the screen, but won’t protect it against chips and scratches at the edges.

The price is really good, so If you want something that does most of the job at a low price - this is a winner. For anything else, look at other options...

Instructions were not clear. I had to go on a very good YouTube video to help. Despite cleaning the screen with the cloth and wipe. When I finished there was still small dust marks on the screen under the protector. I think a sticker would have been useful to pick up small dust marks. Also the protector could have been a few mm bigger as it’s it’s tight fit to cover all the screen. There is room for more protector screen on iPhone 11. The left had of the screen had a rainbow line where a very line of the screen is exposed. Needs to be done very precisely. I am not happy with the product but gave it a 3 star because at the end of day it did the job. You need laser eyes to get this one just right

So I’m pretty confident at fitting these as fit them for my family. This set was straightforward with everything you need to fit your screen protector.
The damp cleaning cloth was good and got rid of greasy marks but the orange cloth left loads of bits on my screen that I had to then go over with the dust removal sticker! This was really annoying. I placed the screen protector in place and pressed the centre of the screen it sucked down in the usual way but I got an air gap which I managed to push out. When I look at my screen with my phone off I can see at least four areas that look slightly blurry under the protector. I’m mighty disappointed I’ve not had this happen before. I’d not purchase again.

Impressive, until it isn't

Pros:

-packaged well, in a slim, sturdy box with plenty of cushion to prevent it from cracking when carried around
-easy enough to install
-looks pretty sleek when on, doesn't show air bubbles easily
-excellent touch screen quality
-does take all of the heat if you do drop your phone, and the touch still works even with many cracks in it

Cons:
-both screens in the pack smashed really easily. The first was after a couple of days when dropped from a short height and the second cracked whilst I was holding it!

Conclusion: although the toughness of the glass is pretty shocking, the other elements are pretty good and it does do the job of preventing your actual screen from being shattered

A little disappointed

So it comes with a kit for you to clean your screen before adding the screen protector. I've followed the instructions precisely, but did not account for the fact that the little piece of cloth for screen cleaning would leave particles on my phone. I have used the dust sticker remover and yet, when I finally placed the screen protector on the screen, there were little cluster of orange spots all over it. Obviously after you remove the screen protector film, it becomes impossible to clean it, so I had to throw the first one away because the clusters were driving me crazy. It was quite disappointing. Haven't put the second one yet but I won't be using the stuff that comes with it to clean my phone's screen.

I bought these for my new iPhone 11. I prefer the tempered glass screen protectors and these are okay, I have unfortunately used better. They were a little difficult to use and I didn’t quite understand all the stickers etc.

It has stuck to my screen but not as well as other products have on past phones. There are lots of bubbles and the screen protector just attracted any dust and hairs so I’ve got a few hair bubbles even though I was super careful. I even had to use the second glass because the first one just wouldn’t stick and had a massive hair stuck to it even though my screen was super clean and I couldn’t get it off without causing more issues.

All in all not entirely happy with the purchase but it’ll do until I can get new ones.

Unfortunately not Quadlock case friendly. Proved to be too tight. Lifted up after a couple of days. I use my phone as a satnav go to patients houses and use a quadlock system in the car.
If you have a tight fitting case probably not the best, but have used JETech on other phones in the past, and have been fab quality and lasted ages with no issues

The most frustrating application process I have ever used! The system involved adding hinge stickers to enable you to lower the protector onto the screen accurately, and without touching the protector. Unfortunately unless you are very careful when pealing off the protective backing you disengage with the hinge stickers leaving you in a world of trouble! I'm now left with a multitude of mess under my protector.

Most screen protectors use a simple method of a couple of guiding stickers top and bottom to allow you to position the protector. Simple, effective, why oh why change to this complicated system!

The actual protector seem a decent quality, only time will tell how long it lasts. Hopefully a long time as I don't want to have to do that again!

It has done the job. Dropped my phone a fair few times and I don’t so much as even have a scratch on the screen.

However the application is so tricky, once applied there were some fibres and marks underneath where I’d touched the sticky side as it was just so fiddly.

Other brands that have the clip on applicator are much better but this has done the job. Definitely recommend this brand use a different type of applicator.

Was very pleased with the product when initially installing however, it’s not lasted 5 mins and it’s broken already. Having made the decision to make this purchase via other reviews, I think I’ll investigate further next time.
Sometimes there are just too many options out there or are they really all the same?! Three stars for being partly happy!
