Bought as a gift for a 9 yr old.
All I now hear is a constant boing,boing,boing of the basketball bouncing.
Worst gift ever bought. Should have bought him a nice quiet chainsaw.

Not the best construction but gives the kids something to play with.

Fiddly to put together but I managed on my own. Only issue was the poor plastic moulding of the base which allowed water to escape, but as I had completed the assembly by then I couldn't be bothered to disassemble to send it back. Now filling it with sand, but you really need 'kiln dried' and a funnel as the filler hole is only about 2.5cm diameter and wet sand clogs together. It still blows over in strong wind but so far hasn't sustained damage so i suppose it's ok.

Great basketball net,very tricky to put together though,holes did not line up correctly. My husband had a tough enough time to get it assembled. Bought for my 8 year old,but is a great size for older kids aswell. Its sturdy & provides endless play value. Very solid when filled with water,easy to move also.

This is what it is. For a five and ten year old it’s ideal. The right size with some adjustment, and robust enough for them. If you need something for more beefy teenagers to use I suspect you may be disappointed as the backboard would not stand up to really heavy battering.
Our purchase is filled with water which makes it heavy enough for play. It’s easy to move using the wheels but heavy and awkward to lift.
All in all loved by the children and reasonably priced.

Base leaking after very little use.

As a basketball hoop the kids love it. Went into the garage today and it has leaked over the floor. Not what i expected. Other reviews have mentioned the base leaking but i assumed they had just not been careful when moving the base around. The leak isn’t due to misuse. I’ll be contacting the supplier for their response.

Plastic base split but replacement sent immediately

UPDATE: The vendor has sent a replacement base as soon as I raised the problem with them so I cannot fault their customer service. For that reason I have put the rating back up to 4 stars.

My 13 year old enjoys shooting hoops and dunking (carefully) and the ring and backboard have been fine so far, but the plastic base split on the first day, and half the water leaked out making the base less sturdy. The only thing that could have caused the split was impact of the basketball itself so this is very disappointing! The height adjusting screws also broke (see photo) when tightening them up but this doesn't seem to affect holding the height in place.

I would have given it 4 stars if it wasn't for the split plastic as the rest of it seems as sturdy as you could expect for the price.

What's really made this stand out is I recently contacted the seller about getting an extension to make the hoop higher (kids growing, daughter wants to practise netball etc), and they are sending one out free of charge. That is outstanding customer service, I'm so impressed.

Easy to assemble, proper full adult size hoop and net, fills with water easily and is sturdy, easy to move around on concrete surfaces.Easy to change height and to disassemble if necessary, only heavy item is the tank when filled.But the rollers make it easy to push.
Kids loved it, haven't stopped playing with it all weekend..
