I've been off work with depression since last year after having to change my medication. I got to the stage where I was stable but still had really low mood.
It was suggested that I get a blood test for vitamin d deficiency. (apparently most people in the UK are during winter) My results came back that I could benefit from a vitamin d supplement.

Since I've been taking it, I've been feeling significantly better. It's only been a week or so since I got these, and I've been concerned in case it was the placebo effect, however this is the longest period for a long time that I've felt this good. I'm even starting back at work next week.
I'm aware this sounds a bit like a 'miracle cure' or something, but this has been my experience so far!
Excellent stuff.

I had been advised these capsules by my MS nurse as my Vit D levels were low.
They arrived promptly and well packaged.
The capsules themselves are small (approx 5mm diameter) and very easy to swallow.
Unfortunately for me, they brought on side effects that I could not cope with - headaches and constipation. As such I have had to abort taking them.
The rating shows my take on the capsules themselves. Others may have a different experience with them. The service provided by he seller/Amazon has been superb.

I have been using these capsules for like a year, this is the second time I buy it but speaking the truth I haven't noticed any significant difference.

I have vitamin D deficiency and following another blood test the levels doesn't seem to be changing much considering that I am taking the capsules on the daily basis.

Also sometimes it felt like it disturbed my stomach.

I think next I will be trying another brand..

Please Beware. The max recommended dose in the UK is 1000IU
ONLY take these if you have already b.een diagnosed D3 deficient and are being monitored.
DO NOT take these daily on the regular or risk weakened bones, and damage to heart and kidneys.
Like all things you can have too much and unfortunately the supplement industry is unregulated so these brands are just trying to be sell on bigger and bigger numbers.

Be careful out there.

I've had to stop taking these, I was having severe tummy ache. I thought it was something I ate, but narrowed it down to these. Everytime I took a tablet an hour or two later, i would have constant discomfort and lasted all day, so each time I was taking a tablet I was adding to the discomfort. In future I will stick to traditional method, healthy diet and fruit and veg. Not a fan of popping pills and this has put me off. Not the sellers fault, just no good for me.

Lacking Vitamin K2

These are great BUT unlike other brands they have not added vitamin K2. Taking high dose D without K2 is a bad idea and can lead to calcium being deposited in the veins I understand. These are tiny and easy to swallow but do buy some K2 to take with them.

Great product-such a waste of space though. Both my bottles went into one with room to spare! Need to re-vamp packaging in this day and age! Can't really say if these are having any effect as think you need to take them for at least 3 months before you feel the benefits. Would recommend!
