It works realy well. Follow these steps to completely remove even large lumpy old skin tags;

1) Give the enclosed cotton bud a good 5 second spraying with Cryotag & keep it pointing downwards. Wait 10 seconds until it's smoking, this confirms it's now frozen.
2) Use the tweezers to gently pull the skin tag away from your body.
3) Apply the frozen cotton bud onto the skin tag without moving or dabbing it. Hold it there for 15-20 seconds. This will dehydrate the skin tag & kill off it's blood supply.
4) Wait 4-5 days & you will see the skin tag darken, go black, shrivel up & then eventually fall off.
5) If necessary wait until day 5 & repeat steps 1-4 above & that will definately kill the skin tag.

I used it to remove two skin tags & only one treatment per skin tag was necessary. Be careful after you have used it as it might be sore, but the Cryotag chemical seems to dehydrate the skin tag, depriving it of blood that keeps it alive. This is painless & effective. Highly recommended.

Where other users on amazon here have not been positive in their reviews, I can only assume that they have not given the cottin bud a good long spraying of the chemical, or have not waited long enough for it to freeze before applying it onto the skin tag. The cryotag canister seems to have a mixture of chemicals in that freeze & dehydrate the skin tag, therefore killing it by drying it out & starving it of blood.

I saw the negative reviews and decided that the positive reviews outweighed them so I went ahead and bought the product. On the basis that the negative reports might have come from people who hadn't followed the instructions closely, I made sure that I did. I have waited more than 2 weeks to give my feedback. I treated 4 tags - none have gone. All look worse. The one under my breast that occasionally became sore as it rubbed against clothing, is now very sore all the time and bleeds a little. This means that I need to wear a plaster to prevent the rubbing and staining of clothes. I hoped that I would be giving positive feedback but I can't. Very disappointed with this investment.

To be honest I didn't think it would work, my pictures are of my skin tag 14 days apart. After about the 7th day it began to harden, then about the 10th day it began to feel crumbly, on the 14th day it crumbled in my fingers and fell off! Really delighted to get rid of it at long last as it was not only annoying, as I'd catch it with clothes or hairbrush, my necklace would dangle from it but it was ugly and embarrassing too! Delighted with the results! Highly recommend!👌👌👌

This stuff is amazing. I have removed 9 skin tags from my neck with this. 8 of them went after one application but the largest one needed 2 applications. Doesn’t hurt, just maybe feels a bit uncomfortable for a second or too. They then go black which isn’t particularly attractive! And then they drop off. A couple shrivelled up first. Didn’t notice when they fell off so doesn’t hurt at all. Can be a bit sore if you catch them though - my hair kept catching them. Quickest one to fall off was 5 days, most took about a week and a half, one took 2 weeks. The one that needed a second treatment fell off the day after the second treatment. I’ve had these tags for years and hate them but I’m a total baby so have never done anything about this. This stuff is brilliant! Tricky to apply but my husband did it for me. He did say it was the most disgusting thing he’d ever had to do though!! Had a mark on my skin for a day or two afterwards but like they never existed now.

Effective and not too painful

This is good stuff!

The band method for removing skin tags always made me feel nauseous, whereas this only hurt a little bit for a couple of days. The sensation of applying the cold wand is more strange than actually painful, and it hurt a bit for a day or so after the initial application and then again when the tag started to fully wither.

In my experience it takes quite a long time to work - about three weeks for mine to fully drop off. Depending on where your skin tags are, you also might need someone to help you with the application since it can be a bit fiddly holding the tweezers and the wand at the same time.

Still, I found it to be a very useful product, less painful than expected and I'm glad to finally have a way to get rid of my skin tags.

This product is amazing! I bought it to get ride of my husband’ skin tags he had under his armpit and on his chest and back !! We have treated so far 6 skin tags and they have all gone after one application. Some just after 2 days and some after 5 days (the bigger ones) . I applied it for him and it was very straight forward. Some turned black but then just dropped off. So pleased with this. Worth every penny! Highly recommend.

This product is absolutely useless and shouldn't be on the market for purchase. I had to see my doctor after using this as my skin went red, blotchy and itchy. The skin tag was extremely painful after one application. It went black but didn't fall off. My doctor had to remove it as I was in so much pain. He even said this product should be banned as he's seen other patients with the same issues. Not safe to use at all. Avoid at all costs. If you have skin tag issues see your doctor and let him/her remove it.
