It works realy well. Follow these steps to completely remove even large lumpy old skin tags;

1) Give the enclosed cotton bud a good 5 second spraying with Cryotag & keep it pointing downwards. Wait 10 seconds until it's smoking, this confirms it's now frozen.
2) Use the tweezers to gently pull the skin tag away from your body.
3) Apply the frozen cotton bud onto the skin tag without moving or dabbing it. Hold it there for 15-20 seconds. This will dehydrate the skin tag & kill off it's blood supply.
4) Wait 4-5 days & you will see the skin tag darken, go black, shrivel up & then eventually fall off.
5) If necessary wait until day 5 & repeat steps 1-4 above & that will definately kill the skin tag.

I used it to remove two skin tags & only one treatment per skin tag was necessary. Be careful after you have used it as it might be sore, but the Cryotag chemical seems to dehydrate the skin tag, depriving it of blood that keeps it alive. This is painless & effective. Highly recommended.

Where other users on amazon here have not been positive in their reviews, I can only assume that they have not given the cottin bud a good long spraying of the chemical, or have not waited long enough for it to freeze before applying it onto the skin tag. The cryotag canister seems to have a mixture of chemicals in that freeze & dehydrate the skin tag, therefore killing it by drying it out & starving it of blood.

It didn't work..

I saw the negative reviews and decided that the positive reviews outweighed them so I went ahead and bought the product. On the basis that the negative reports might have come from people who hadn't followed the instructions closely, I made sure that I did. I have waited more than 2 weeks to give my feedback. I treated 4 tags - none have gone. All look worse. The one under my breast that occasionally became sore as it rubbed against clothing, is now very sore all the time and bleeds a little. This means that I need to wear a plaster to prevent the rubbing and staining of clothes. I hoped that I would be giving positive feedback but I can't. Very disappointed with this investment.

This product is absolutely useless and shouldn't be on the market for purchase. I had to see my doctor after using this as my skin went red, blotchy and itchy. The skin tag was extremely painful after one application. It went black but didn't fall off. My doctor had to remove it as I was in so much pain. He even said this product should be banned as he's seen other patients with the same issues. Not safe to use at all. Avoid at all costs. If you have skin tag issues see your doctor and let him/her remove it.

Should be a noticeable warning for Diabetics

There was no noticeable warning or packaging, until I opened the box and read the instructions, then there was a big warning triangle ⚠️ DO NOT USE IF YOUR DIABETIC!!! if this warning was on the advert I wouldn't have wasted my money!!

I've never had a product fail so hard.
I read through the reviews and saw quite a few say this didn't work, but then saw some that stated you have to be so regimented with the instructions, so I thought to give it a try.

Application was easy and nothing was missing in the pack. They are the only pros.

After one attempt, I decided not to give it a second go.
Attempt one... Hurt... A lot!
Yes it stings a little, you have just frozen skin. But that faded quite quick, maybe 20 minutes.
After a few hours, I covered the area with a plaster as the skin tag was in an area that rubbed against clothing.
The next day, oh my goodness. The skin tag had DOUBLED in size!! Was red raw and just looked awful.
Obviously in a time when you don't want to be going to the Dr unnecessarily, I antiseptic wiped the area just in case and left it uncovered.

Fast forward two weeks, and nothing changed. It was still swollen but not painful and redness had gone.

I debated giving it another go, but really didn't want to risk any chance of redness or infection. Instead I just used the old cotton string trick and it died and fell off in 4 days. Should have gone with that to start with!

I would not recommended this product. I would 100% recommend cotton string and assistance if needed.
A waste of time and money.

I’ve been using it for 10 days now and not only I still have the skin tag but it’s also INFECTED and irritated!! I ended up going to the hospital for help!! Using this has been a NIGHTMARE and extremely painful!! Some days I had to take a paracetamol to calm the pain and I was unable to sleep or move around. After 10 days it was very red (please see the picture) painful, infected and leaking water. This is the WROSE PRODUCT on earth and please stay away from it!! If you buy it you will regret it! Worse money ever spent. Never again!

So I went with the good reviews on this listing and thought I'd give it a try, I wish I hadn't! I used the kit like the instructions said and after a few hours nothing looked different. I used mine on a large skin tag, the next day it was red and very sore. I thought that this was part of the process, it wasn't. On day two it was red, hot, hurting, oozing and infected! I had to get antibiotics from the doctors as it was infected and getting worse, it never came off either and now I'm having to seek medical help to have it removed.

The procedure is also quite uncomfortable and slighlty painful which was not a great start. It only really works on medium and big ones as well due to the size of the applicator. So if you're getting it for small ones, don't bother because it won't work and could make it worse.

Do not go near this product, it might have worked for some people but my horror story is all I'll remember! Not worth the money, time or hassle! After one week I'm still having to wear a plaster over the infected area so it doesn't get worse!

I purchased this product in the hope it could remove the 2 tags on my inner thigh which on occasion cause and irritation as I cycle daily, and I also have 2 under one armpit. I treated all 4 at the same time an now 12 later there has been no affect, any redness from the initial application as subsided along with an slight discomfort, in fact the 2 on the inner thigh I tied cotton around an in 3 days they went black an have simply fallen off.

My advice is to save you money & buy a reel of cotton, as while it is a 2 person job to tie, the product is also only possible to apply yourself if the tag is in a clear place on the body.

Simply from my perspective its money wasted.

Didn't work for me!.
Myself and my wife both read the instructions, both set our timers on our phones so we are exact with the timings, we followed the steps to a T! but it didn't work, I have various sized skin tags on my under arm, they were red and swollen for a day but then returned to a normal size and colour a few days later and remained that way.

I will give it a second try as the instructions say they may need further treatment, it may have worked for some people as others have different skin and take to things like this better, but for me, unsuccessful for me, may have to do it the traditional way, with a piece of cotton tied.

Not worth the money

I thought I'd give this a try. I had one or two skin tags that I wanted to get rid. This is not the answer. Firstly, the tweezers they give you couldn't hold a finger sized mole, let alone a tiny skin tag so you can't grip the skin tag properly to be able to use the sponge bud on it that they provide. And because I couldn't grip the skin tag properly with the tweezers, I ended up touching bits of skin that I didn't need to touch so I was covered in red marks. Yes, it leaves very red marks that stay for a couple of days and they burn at first. I tried it 3 times to see if it got easier but it didn't and it didn't work so I gave up. Waste of money. I used apple cider vinegar on the skin tags and the fell off in 3 days.
