Original cartridges , so they work

A good price given what they charge in the high street. Unfortunately the first ones never arrived but I contacted the seller and they were very good , second ones arrived OK.
They are original cartridges so no issues when you load them as I have in the past had so called 'compatable ones' that the printer rejects.
I suppose the best answer in a review is " would I buy them again " and the answer is 'yes' no issues with them or the company.

Shortest life cartridge I have ever known. Less than one 60 page report.

On installation the printer would not recognise the cartridges as being genuine. After printing about 40 pages symptoms of ink running out appeared. Eventually black was recognised as being genuine but at 50%. A 'print quality diagnostic' still refused to recognise the genuine colour cartridge and showed all colours apart from magenta as empty.

I would hope a new genuine HP replacement cartridge would last more than 40 pages but it seems not. What a joke. I have returned the HP rubbish for refund (very unusual thing to do but so is the performance of these HP cartridges) and I have ordered re-manufactured 'non genuine' versions that lasted many months last time. No more 'genuine HP' for me ever again. Dreadful.

I think I got a dud. I received these cartridges tonight. Installed immediately, ran the alignment and other checks. Then printed a 150-page text document on draft print settings, and 20 minutes in the ink is gone?!? I swear my last cartridge lasted a few months/several hundred pages... I'm guessing this was a dud or fake.

The cartage is incompatible. They look the exact same as the ones I had before, and this was the first result when looking for "HP Deskjet 2710 inc". My previous cartridges are dry and can't be salvaged, even though they're still full. I don't even want to print anything. I can't connect the printer without printing a document with a PIN. HP's software is useless. This cartridge is useless, they stop functioning before being empty if you don't use your printer enough. Don't buy any printing equipment from HP, it is the most frustrating printing experience I have had.

HP talks a lot about their recycling scheme for empty cartridges, but I have tried repeatedly to return empty cartridges through HP's website and it has kever worked. HP is making a product that is engineered to he as bad for the environment as possible (single use plastic with extremely short lifespan), they talk a lot about recycling to green wash people into believing they're trying to mitigate their pollution and it is a lie. If HP's printing equipment is not a scam I do not know what is.

I have an older model HP printer and, as they are always trying to push newer models on you, it has become rather challenging to buy ink cartridges. The printer otherwise works fine and there are regular driver updates. I finally found cartridges here and ordered. They were promptly delivered, all in perfect order and the price was competitive. I was positively surprised that they also enclosed a free return envelope for the used cartridges - nice environmentally supportive touch! Well done guys, keep it up! I shall order again ...

Ink Jungle have contacted me, asking me to update my original low scoring review. I've trawled through the many other one star reviews and cannot find mine to update so I'll start again.
I pointed out that there was a handling fee of £26.86 bringing the total price to £41.85 which I thought was pretty disgusting. Ink Jungle contacted me saying despite the handling fee being clearly displayed on the delivery note, there was no handling fee and sent me an invoice with the handling fee removed. Taking this at face value, the product cost is £41.85 and not £14.99 with £26.86 handling fee.
I then looked back at previous ink purchases via Amazon and this is what I found.

In between, I've no doubt bought from high street stores but have no record of these purchases.
My original complaint remains. There has been a marked uplift in price for the identical product which coincides with increased need for printing from my home printer during lockdown home working. Home working is likely to continue for some time for many of us and so presumably we are to expect continued extortionate printer ink prices. So far I have only needed to install the colour cartridge. It was easy to do, the printer recognised the cartridge and it's working at present. More than that I cannot say regarding the quality of the product. Delivery time was good.

The cartridge 'failed' and was not accepted by my HP printer. I have selected return item which has to be done in 48 hours otherwise I'll be charged for the replacement. To return I need to PRINT a label "go figure" - typical. Only a big corporation would expect you to return a faulty print cartridge by having to print a returns label. Buy from a shop in future WHS Smith, Tesco - anywhere but online

WHAT HAPPENS NOW, IM WITHOUT ANY INK ONLY THE BLACK INK CARTRIDGE IS FULL, THE COLOURED IS EMPTY, WHAT DO I DO!!

The first two times I bought this it was fine, the third time the black ink wasn’t recognised by my printer. I know people have made comments about being expected to print out a returns label when they didn’t have a functioning printer, which I don’t get because Amazon make it so easy to return products for an immediate refund! I returned the ink and got my refund so I’m happy. Yes disappointed that I couldn’t use it but that’s fine as I got it from HP this time.

NO INK IN THE CARTRIDGE !!!

Bought this about 6 months ago, as I always want to have a few in storage, as I go through quite a few - installed it today and nearly cried when the pages came out of the printer...

The printer says the ink cartridge if "full" when checking the setting, but the printer is printing the OUTLINE of each word - it looks awful and no matter how many times I shut the printer down and start it again, fit the ink cartidge print out the screening page and ensure the printer is aligned OK - it is still happening.

I SHOULD HAVE USED VIKING DIRECT AS USUAL.... I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL.
