I feel safe when my baby is sleeping on this...also helps her with an upset tummy as u can raise babys legs. Use it in the pram too as she has a habit of rolling over in there.

Not recommended by midwife !

I bought this product for my second grandchild , who is a week old tomorrow. When the midwife asked my daughter about safe sleeping during her visit , my daughter showed her the babymoov , the midwife was mortified and said she had first hand experience of a baby dying by suffocating on the padded part. I’m sorry to sound dramatic but after hearing that we just aren’t prepared to take the risk.

One of my favourite buys but....

Update: we retired this item after 5 months. In all honesty, it didn't get any bobblier. I continued to wash and use it and my baby loved it. However he enjoys the freedom in his cot now!

We've been using this for 3 weeks now and love it. We have the little one in a regular cot and it's just too open for a newborn. I genuinely feel like he sleeps better in this pod. It's great for transferring him whilst sleeping between places, such as our bed to his cot or from room to room, just pick up the whole pod and he's none the wiser.

The only downside is that the headrest and legrest grey material bobbled on first wash. Given that most products do not even go straight into the washing machine it was a huge bonus. However, I followed the manufacturers instructions and washed at 30° and it bobbled significantly. Will be taking a razor to it and shaving it off.

Nonetheless I'm still impressed with this product and have recommended it to expectant family and friends.

Bought in desperation to prevent baby rolling in her cot and encourage her to sleep! A much cheaper alternative to other leading brands. Fair to say it wasn’t the magic bullet we were hoping for. Sufficient to say new babies don’t sleep much. It improves with time.

These devices are not recommended by the Lullaby Trust, which aims to reduce sudden infant death through research. That said we had no safety concerns and it’s hard to see how this could harm your baby.

We used from birth to about 4 months, by which time she was too big for it and could just roll out of it. Not difficult to clean (stick it in the washing machine) but still looked pretty brown and ugly and will probably end up throwing it away.

I bought this for my daughter when she was having her first baby. We were very impressed with the quality and snugness of the Babymoov cosy dream it looks so comfy and is very soft but unfortunately my new granddaughter has not liked laying on her back since she was born so she hasn't actually slept in it which is why I've dropped a star. However it has been useful for my daughter to lay her in it for a few minutes to enable her to get washed etc., knowing that her baby was safe. I think this company is great with great products and so I've also bought their swing motion baby swing chair which is fantastic.

We purchased this as we had been recommended them however as with anything it didn't make a lot of difference with our baby.
We didn't use overnight as we were not recommended after taking an NCT Antenatal class (we had already purchased by this point) so if you want to follow their guidelines it might be worth checking before you buy.
The pro's though is it is well made and has been useful in the day for naps while with baby.

This product really helped our newborn sleep, however there is a lot of bad press about these sorts of products at the moment, so we did have to continually monitor him while using it (more that we would have monitored normally). He did however grow out of it very quickly.

This is a good quality product but my baby only fit in it for 6/8 weeks but he was born at 10 pounds and 61cm long. Baby did seem to be comfy in it as his next to me style baby cot seemed massive. To be honest the trick is to buy a small traditional moses basket so baby isn't lost in these big modern cribs. My midwife said dont use it because the baby can't turn their head if they are sick. I only used this for a few weeks if that due to these fears as my baby was sick often in the night.

One of my friends recommended me this product and I bought. My baby loved it and it helped him to sleep better. It didn’t effect any gas issues or so but it helped him to feel cosy I guess. However we experienced unfortunate event couple of weeks ago. My baby learnt how to roll ( we didn’t know at a time) and fall down from the bed. If we hadn’t use and sleep aid he would fall. I wouldn’t use it as a “sleep aid” especially during the night. It’s great for the play time or if you’d like to use it inside of your buggy etc but not for sleep..

Comfortable enough for my baby in her Moses basket with a good supportive mattress underneath ....I did think this would be thicker however to make it more comfortable when moving it around the house. The material used is nice and breathable and I also liked the fact that there is a spot for babies head to go to prevent a flat head.
