Right first time this time, amazingly!

I always have problems with getting the right ink cartridge for my printer so I was absolutely astounded that I got it right first time this time!

I popped it into my printer, printed an alignment page (or whatever they're called), scanned it in and it was good to go in under 5 minutes and with no stress on my part!

I'll definitely be getting this cartridge again when I need to... gotta remember to turn my printer off as opposed to putting it on standby to see if that stops the ink drying up too quickly this time though.

No ink in Cartridge

Not sure what happened but I ordered this 28th Mar 2018 but only opened it today and its empty. No ink! I had ordered the colour cartridge and that was fine although I opened that about two weeks ago.

Is it because I took so long to open the package? I had the package in my desk drawer so it was in a safe dry cool place. Just don't understand why there is no ink.

My advise to everyone is that if you do buy this cartridge please open it and ensure that there is ink in the cartridge.

I purchased a twin pack which included one colour and one black cartridge. The colour worked fine, as expected. The black cartridge stopped working after only few pages had been printed. Unfortunately I was passed the return window, so i purchased another black cartridge. This time my printer stated that the cartridge was incompatible. I have now wasted over £20 on faulty cartridges.

Looking for good quality

I was pleased at first when this cartridge arrived but after a few days my printer stopped working. When I check the ink levels the new black showed very low. I didn't take any notice when I first put this in as it was a new cartridge. I sent an email to Ink Jungle and they wanted to know how many pages I had printed. I can't remember but I said maybe between 20-25, which I think was well over the top. We are in our 80's and we do not do a lot of printing, mostly bank accounts and, monthly statements and such. I didn't get a satisfactory answer and they that these standard cartridges do not print a lot of pages but I have never had one that did this. I have since ordered a new cartridge from another supplier and it is working perfectly and the ink level is showing right up to the top. They seemed very dismissive. I have always had good service from Amazon and would recommend them to anyone but this time I was very disappointed. Not Amazon's fault I would think the seller. I have got the box but unfortunately not any paper work as I wasn't expecting it to be faulty.

It's said 190 pages. It was purchased over a refill due to its quoted target output. It failed at 80 pages of light print with no images etc. I have lost confidence in the original and will now try refills. Printer ink and cartridges are mad prices with poor outputs and on top of that are a environmental disaster. There needs to be a better home printing solution than these silly little things. HP...your out of my like soon.

Ink lasted less than 20 pages

Purchased this cartridge and installed and within a month and only printing 20 pages it stopped working. I assumed it had clogged due to the hot weather but seems this is a common problem. The previous HP ink cartridge that was installed did have ink left in it but it kept coming up with a message that the cartridge was not genuine hence wouldn’t print so not a great experience with HP ink - would not recommend.

I literally had to check when I purchased the cartridge as thought I was going mad. Bought at end of March. Only use it for the odd courier label and anything important that ever comes along. Given all I have used it for was a few courier labels and it’s seemingly empty I have to say it’s been a complete rip off. P.S. I’m not daft, I did clean it to check and there is no ink in there fact. No way will I waste money on a ‘premium’ cartridge again. Will go aftermarket instead

You know the storyboard here. At home, printer is rarely used. But when you need it, you need it quickly and plenty of it. Then you usually findPrinter Low on Ink, or a paper jam, or low paper haha.
I now keep a spare cartridge in storage, then replace via Amazon. Don’t use it enough these days for a subscription. Such is progress, such is retirement!

This ink broke my printer! Most likely fake

I ordered this product to have as a back up. As such it took me a while to use it. I wish I never did!! It broke my printer. Now even when I install a cartridge brought from a legitimate high street shop it displays an error message. Avoid! Avoid. Terrible service terrible product. Now I either have to buy a new printer or try this one getting fixed.

Expensive but necessary

I don't print on a regular basis but when I want to sods law the ink has dried up and no matter how many times I clean the print head and soak the isopropanol half the print is missing at best.
I wish someone could explain why ink is so expensive.
I even tried adapting my printer to take the tanks of ink and it leaked over the desk and on to the carpet
