The cats aren't wrong.....

I have 4 cats and they're all very impressed with this 'Felight' cat litter freshener powder that, between them, they have trained themselves to sprinkle this in the litter tray every time they've gone about their business. It's quite amusing watching two of them lift this container up and sprinkle it in the tray, very intelligent I must say.

However, when it comes time to empty the litter tray and clean it out they're all nowhere to be seen, this particular task is beneath them, so they told me, they've a servant for that task, in other words me!

This cat litter freshener sure does work, better than just using the best of the best cat litter available on its own, so I don't buy the best and use everyday cheap stuff and just so long as this 'Felight' is used regularly, my cat trays don't smell at all.

Priced at only £1.20 and delivered free if you're a Prime member, it's very good value for money.

Highly recommended.

Received an old shelf product with no scent. There was a very subtle baby lotion scent but not peony blush. I suspect these are old stock they’re selling for cheap via Amazon warehouse. I’ve purchased these based on review and what I’ve received does not live upto the hyped up reviews. Apparently this was meant to have a “posh” scent which it would if it were peony and this smells nothing like that. The package also is different and says “lightly fragranced” which is not what is pictured. For the price I’m not going to bother taking a trip to the post office to do a return so just a heads up don’t get your expectations up.

As for the product itself - it made no difference at all.

Felight keeps the litter tray fresh and leaves a light fragrance throughout the house. My kitty comes to watch me clean his litter tray and when I have finished the task he gets back in and makes sure that he is satisfied with it. He inspects every corner and pokes his paw in to make doubly sure it is fresh and dry. I love watching him and he takes his newly adopted task very seriously.

I have tried everything on the market for cat litter deodorant- I have two stinky young cats and I hate having a smelly house. I love it when someone walks in and says this smells like and expensive hotel! That ended when we got our cats but no more! This stuff works a dream and is a fraction of the price of most cat litter deodorants. I’ve used cheap stuff all the way to very very expensive stuff and nothing has worked as well and as long as this. It neutralises and masks even the worst odours. Smells nice and doesn’t bother cats- which is always a risk when you put something perfumed in their litter box. Can’t recommend this highly enough!

This is just great it is not to fine and goes in with the litter really well, I just sprinkle on top after doing the tray, unlike some this I can actually smell and it has a lovely fragrance, my cat doesn't even notice it at all and not bothered , it really helps my room from smelling of eau da cat dooda lol, you don't even need a lot just a fine sprinkle all over will last ages best have tried .

Don’t bother wasting your money

I don’t know what other people are using who say it works because it really doesn’t. I bought this as I’m changing the litter tray every 5-7days as opposed to the 30days other people seem to say, so it’s claims that it stops you changing the tray as frequently are farcicle.
Now…. maybe I’ve got a neutered male 9month old kitten with the stinkiest pish ever? But it’s just nonsense. I stuck in soooooo much of this stuff - mixed in with a fresh litter tray before any use, sprinkled over the top when he went and in between the days but this made no difference whatsoever!!

Do yourself a favour, pop down to your local Tesco or equivalent supermarket and buy yourself a car air freshener and pin it up near the tray….does a much better job helping out with the smell.

You really can’t go wrong with the price. It smells nice and fresh and helps to freshen up the little between cleaning and changes. I put a sprinkle on the litter tray liner before adding litter then another sprinkle on top. When cleaning the litter rather than changing it I just clean out the mess then sprinkle some over the litter and instantly it neutralises the smell and makes it smell much fresher and cleaner. I think it’s a great price and always arrives undamaged and super quickly. Will definitely buy again.

My two kittens don't smell too much at the moment but I expect it will get worst as they get bigger. I accidentally fell on a combination of two litters for the tray which work wonders (The best wood clumping, and Sainsburys own cheap odour control granules). I found half a bag of each, neither was quite enough for the tray so I use 50/50 and found it very effective. I have used Felight with my previous cat and found it worked then. I love the smell of it. Getting it at this price is a plus. I also sprinkle some of it in the wheelie bin to help with the smell especially during the summer months. Only need to use a little of it in the tray. Came really quickly. Definitely going to buy some to stock up as the price is unbelievably good value for money.
