POISONED AND HOSPITALISED

I took this once as instructed and 12 hours later I started throwing up and had other stomach issues. It’s been 5 days and I have only just started feeling better to be able to pick up my phone and write this review! I have been admitted to hospital for dehydration and had to be put on 3 drips. They have also confirmed that this was some sort of poisoning from something I took and this was the only thing that I did have that day that was different to everyone else in my household. This is just the start of this complaint, I will be taking it much further!

Was in the market for that well missed beta alanine after not having a pre workout for many many years. I remember taking Jack3d back in the day (pre banned Jack3d) and it was amazing. I've chased the feeling of that drink ever since and nothings come close - until now.

I drink the whole 350ml in 2 or 3 big gulps, and within 5 minutes I can start to feel the tingling. It starts in my head and spreads to my ears. If I double the dose I feel it in my fingers and running through my legs and out through my toes. The only way to rid this excitement is to chase 'the pump' that only an excellent workout can provide.

This allows me to get those extra reps which we know are the ones that count. I put the powder into the cup and then add water and stir with a spoon. It mixes okay this way. Not perfect but honestly I'm here for the effects not the taste of texture. Taste is okay but a bit overwhelming, especially if you try to take this as a shot!

Ultimately, this does what it says. Great pre workout I can definitely recommend.

Let me just say this and get this off my chest.. today was chest day (see what I did there) as well as my first day using this pre-workout shake. I’ve been religiously pushing myself for about 8wks now in the gym and today I thoroughly surprised myself. I was pushing weights I couldn’t even lift off the rack. Call it placebo, call it whatever but my body is on fire! I’ve never felt more willing to go back in to the gym!

If you’re scouting around looking for a preworkout shake and you’re serious about pushing some iron, please please just try this out and leave a review so I know I’m not going mad here!

I literally have energy to do some push ups before I hit the sack! I’m very pleased! Thanks guys!

I would say the taste is a little overwhelming with a medicinic like after taste but nothing wild. Good stuff!!

This is the first time I try a pre work out energy and it works very well. I have been going to the gym for months and recently have not felt the motivation so I decided to invest in this product. I take it 30 mins before my work out and mae my way to the gym. I start my workout as per usual and realise I can push myself longer and harder than ever before. This product is very effective and I will continue to use each time I go to the gym. I am now looking to get the the BCAA from the same brand.

Personally I was never a fan of pre workout because I never thought I needed it. Take what I say which a pinch of salt, this is my anecdotal experience.

After taking a 2 year long break from working out due to injury, I decided to take some of this pre workout. I previously peaked at 200kg deadlift without the aid of pre workout supplements and boy did they work.

I figured that it would help me lift a bit more and enable myself to push harder in the gym without burning myself out too quickly.

Little did I know, that half way throughout my workout I would be pulling 10 plates on the row machine when I was only used to 6 and deadlifting 160kg within the 4th week of my gym routine. I honestly felt like I was never fatiguing.

If you’re in need of a kick and require the energy to get through your workout, this will help you achieve that goal. It contains various amino acids which contribute to the maintenance and growth of muscle and prevents the body muscle break down.

The creatine in this will help provide your muscles with ATP, the energy required to lift more in the gym and you will start to fatigue less quickly.

The caffeine is 175mg and has an effect on the central nervous system, providing you with the energy you need to lift.

The supplement is “gold standard” so you know you’re getting the ingredients listed on the tub.

I advise that you do not use pre workout too often for every workout as its easy to build a tolerance to caffeine, meaning you won’t get the same effect every time you workout.

The pre workout also tastes pretty good, quite sweet and chemically but it doesn’t taste too bad, you get used to it.

I highly recommend this.

Not sure I can say much about the effectiveness of Thai product, it gave me a buzz for a while of 5 minutes, if you are new to the gym world then yeah give it a go but if you are an old dog then i would advise using something more potent, I mainly bought this as it was on offer and really wish I hadn’t.

great product ; does the job ; taste nice and not chemical ; i love the fruit punch flavor ; much better than the watermelon which i tried as well. i take it approx 30 min before my workout; just make sure you dont take it too late at night, otherwise you might struggle to sleep with the caffeine! definitely recommand this product

this is a great supplement for when i want ot get a heavy workout in. especially in mornings when i am tired. But do not use this often, it has a very high dosage of caffiene, so if you use it regularly, after 2 weeks take a 1 week break. it is not recommended for long term use so only use it rarely.

Does nothing for me so I can't give it anything above a 1 star
No increased energy, focus or anything.
I can imagine it will work for others but much more effective PWO out there for me. Being a good brand I though I would try this and I am very disappointed indeed.
The scoop is 11g so its a hefty scoop already, I might get something from 2 scoops (as opposed to the recommended 1) but then this becomes really bad value for money.

The watermelon taste is alright though.
