The best creatine ive tried.

I have tried many different types of creatine over the years and this is definately one of the better ones. It mixes well and has no taste so you can basically mix it with anything. I also have not suffered from any side effects with this creatine like bloating or cramping etc so its clearly good quality.

Now the most important part. Does it work? For me it worked wonders. I put on a good 3lb of mass in just 2 months. Granted most of that will be just water weight from the creatine but it definately Improved the amount of sets and reps I could do for just about every exercise. My strength and endurance massively improved and this was just taking 1 x 3g scoop per day. I take just 1 scoop directly AFTER my workout mixed into my protien shake.

(Quick tip)
Mix it in warm water NOT cold and it will instantly desolve leaving no floaters or clumps.

(Quick tip 2)
You only need to take 1 scoop per day. 1 scoop is only about 3-4g but that is actually a lot of creatine and no you DO NOT need to do a loading phase. They tell you this so that you use more and therefore need to buy it more. Just take 1 scoop per day and your good to go 👍

DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND DO SOME RESEARCH.

YOU MIGHT AS WELL HAVE A SWEEP UP AMD A BUILDING SITE. AND PUT THAT IN YOUR BODY EVERYDAY. THIS COULD BE JUST THAT, BRICK DUST.

Have now used this product for the prescribed 4 weeks, and I have seen some improvements in stamina and muscle performance.

Measuring cup provided allows easy use and effective portion control. Additionally, the powder is particularly easy to mix and prepare.

However, one sort of downside is that there is ALOT left over after your 4 weeks even if you use two scoops a day, which is a shame if you're not going to use it again. Also, it doesn't taste great if not fully dissolved, however by adding more water this can be improved and then it looks clear and tasteless.

All in all, this product is effective and helps you feel the desired results when working out

I did not pre-load and have taken 2.5g/day for just over a month month now. I have noticed improved pushing power and stamina when performing my lifts (powerlifting). Ive also noticed some water retention, which I totally expected (it's creatine!). I dont take more than 2.5g/day, so an increased amount may see greater results, though I dont personally feel the need.

Now that I've started working out almost every day now, I've been able to reincorporate creatine into my protein shakes, which help me with recuperating and building muscle. As far as creatine goes, I have no complaints with this product. It doesn't really have a flavor, but then again, I mix just one dose into a blender with a banana, flavored protein powder, some peanut butter, and milk, so there's enough of other ingredients where I probably couldn't taste it anyway. As with most powdered creatines, I find that it doesn't fully dissolve in liquid, so there might be a little bit that clings to the side of the glass or at the bottom. You can just give it a stir or add some water at the end and try to drink it quick.

Decided to try the optimum nutrition Creatine, after using BPI sports brand for years, although there is no flavour, it dissolves well into my pre workout shake. I haven't noticed any significant results as of yet, only been using it for a few days. I was training legs on Sunday and did feel like I was able to push myself a bit harder than normal so looking forward to seeing if I can get as much of a boost with other workouts with it. Overall satisfied with it though as most creatine I've used doesn't dissolve as well and some have little or no effect on gym days but this one seems to be working.

Good product for the price, used many times, see a lot of negative and stupid reviews on here about it from being fake to not working, the company is a trusted company so its deffinately legit, a small percentage of people are non responders to creatine and will feel no effect from it but the vast majority of people will respond well to supplemented creatine, its one of the most researched supplements on the market, people have used for decades with 0 side effects so completely safe unless you have a pre existing kidney issue, do not use if you have kidney problems, besides that great product that will give noticeable strength improvement.

Its creatine, its a powder, in a tub. Not too much to say. Ive gained a lot of strength in the last couple months, some of which could be aided by creatine helping me in the gym but it could also be a number of other factors.
Creatine is one of the few supplements actually proven to be beneficial so im guessing its helping.
I cant be bothered with loading so just have a heaped scoop a day mixed with BCAAS into a big bottle of water to drink through the day. Every so often Ill have a couple days or a week off it too. And make sure to stay hydrated

exactly as described. I am taking 3 gram per day. it helps me to try heavier dumbbells. But almost 2/3 is full of the box. Why the producers do that I don't understand. It is already written how many times we can use it so there is no point to make a bigger box. This trick doesn't help them to sell more product.
